【摘要】 氯气属于剧毒品,如果泄漏对环境对人会造成重大危害。在液氯储存管理中如何防止泄漏是氯碱企业的重中之重。本文从目前液氯储罐的地下及地上储存方式进行了论述。重点阐述了氯气的危害影响及相应的对策,提出了液氯储罐安装在地下可以减少氯气泄漏对环境的影响的论断。论文的主要内容如下:1.论述了国家法规对氯气储存的理解及制定依据,分析了液氯或氯气泄漏后的扩散对环境的影响。2.调查并分析国内外氯碱厂液氯储存的现状和思路,并综合分析了液氯储罐安装在地下和地上的优缺点。提出根据目前我国氯碱工业的现状,安装在地上也是有其合理性的,如果生产工艺先进可以选择放置在地面上或采取防扩散的方法是较好的选择.3.着重介绍了氯气扩散的模型及由此而产生的泄漏影响范围,提出了扩散受风的影响较大,如果没有任何防止泄漏的方法,将会对环境造成巨大的影响.介绍了安装在地下的液氯储罐必须具备的安全管理系统,并说明了三氯化氮产生的机理,提出如何防止液氯中三氯化氮的爆炸的方法。4.强调了氯碱工厂事故演练的重要性并提出了演练的具体方案,最后说明了如果能避免三氯化氮的爆炸,液氯储罐安装在地下是安全的这一作者观,但由于企业的实际情况不同应该慎重选择,但是防止氯气的扩散是任何工厂的宗旨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chlorine belongs to drama drug, if leak will hurt environment & person, it is significant to endanger. It is the most important for chlorine- alkali enterprise to how to prevent leaking in liquid chlorine stores management. This paper discusses from the present way of storing of liquid chlorine storage tank. It is key to have elaborated corresponding countermeasure and the harm influence of chlorine, have put forward liquid chlorine storage tank to install in underground can reduce chlorine the inference of leaking for the influence of environment.The major contributions include the following aspects:1. Have discussed national regulations of the established basis and understanding that stored for chlorine, have analysed liquid chlorine or chlorine to leak the rear influence of spreading for environment.2. Investigate and analyse domestic and international chlorine-alkali factory liquid chlorine the idea and present situation that stored , and integration analysis liquid chlorine storage tank installation in underground with on the ground good shortcoming.3. Have introduced installation the liquid chlorine storage tank in underground must have safe management system, and have explained how to prevent the method of the explosive of NCL3 in liquid chlorine and forming reason of NCL3 .4. Have emphasized the importance of chlorine -alkali factory accident sinero and have put forward the specific scheme of sinero, have explained author viewpoint that liquid chlorine storage tank finally to install in underground is safe .
