宝石轴承摩擦磨损及高速电主轴油气润滑的试验研究

【摘要】 宝石轴承因其高硬度、高强度、抗腐蚀、低密度及高温下的优良力学性能等优点而广泛应用于仪器仪表行业,近年来在一些高速场合中也得到了应用。本文借助于自行研制的基于真实宝石轴承试样的高速摩擦磨损专用试验机,进行了宝石轴承的摩擦磨损试验,得出了性能优良的摩擦学匹配设计方案。研制的试验机利用阻尼体结构有效地消除了运动中产生的振动,并在此基础上开展了不同PV值工况下宝石轴承的摩擦磨损试验,研究了枢轴球头表面处理对宝石轴承摩擦磨损性能的影响。试验结果表明,基础扩散泵油中加入0.8Wt%的T306添加剂和枢轴采用类金刚石(DLC)薄膜处理后,能大幅度地减少枢轴的磨损量,延长枢轴宝石轴承的使用寿命。利用此专用试验机进行了几种电能表用润滑油的性能评价,获得了性能最佳的2#润滑油,并在杭州华立股份有限公司进行了现场试验。同时,从润滑油的润湿角对比和观察钢球表面的扫描电子显微镜照片,得出华立公司清洗的轴承表面不清洁,阻碍润滑油膜的建立,影响电能表用宝石轴承的使用寿命。本课题还开展了磨床用高速电主轴滚动轴承的油气润滑试验研究:在10000rpm转速下,采用正交试验方法,以润滑油粘度、油量和油气压力等为因素对轴承外圈温升的影响,得出32#导轨油在油气压力0.15MPa、供油量为0.6ml/h时的润滑效果最好;在20000rpm转速下,进行了同粘度油的完全试验,试验表明,此时32#抗磨液压油在油气压力为0.25MPa、供油量为1.125ml/h时的润滑效果最好。
【Abstract】 The jewel bearing is widely applied in instrument because of its high hardness, high strength, good corrosive resistance, low density and excellent mechanical properties in high temperature. Recently, it is applied in high speed area also. By means of a test apparatus developed specially, experimental research on tribological properties of jewel bearing has been studied.A series of friction and wear experiments were performed under different conditions of PV values and surface treatment methods. The experiment results show adding 0.8wt% T306 additive in base oil and using Diamond-like Carbon surface treatment on the shaft, it could reduce the wear weight and prolong its lifetime.A series of experimental researches on tribological properties for ammeter oils were studied and the optimal performance oil was obtained in order to carry out a functional experiment in Hangzhou Huali Co.Ltd. Other influencing factors on lifetime of ammeter were obtained.A series of experiments on oil air lubrication for the high speed motorized spindle have been studied. At speed of 10000rpm, by means of orthogonal method, the experimental studies on the parameters of oil-air lubrication such as the viscosity of lubricating oil, the quantity of oil, the pressure of oil-air were measured. The relation of every kind of the oil-air parameters affecting on the temperature arising of the bearing was obtained. At speed of 20000rpm, the experimental studies on the same viscosity of lubricating oil were studied.
