某高层住宅结构设计与研究
Design and Study on the Structrue System of a High-rise Residential Buildings

【摘要】 随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对住房的需求大大的增加,对住房的品质要求越来越高。由于土地供给及城市土地资源的日益稀缺,人口老龄化,市民向往城市生活配套愿望强烈,促使住宅形态进一步拔高向高层及小高层发展。短肢剪力墙是近年来兴起的一种结构形式,它不突出墙面,具有良好的抗侧能力,已在我国的高层建筑中得到了广泛的应用。但由于目前对它的研究还很少,因此还没有一套完整的设计理论和方法来指导工程设计。由于短肢剪力墙的开洞较大、墙肢较短,其力学性能已经较普通剪力墙有了较大改变。因此有必要对短肢剪力墙进行更深一步的理论分析和试验研究。本文根据文献资料对短肢剪力墙的墙肢高厚比进行了理论推导,且收集和介绍了多个短肢剪力墙的结构试验,并从单个构件及结构层面两个角度对试验结果进行了分析。说明了:短肢剪力墙整体结构的延性比单个异形截面构件的延性好。另外,几乎所有低周反复试验和模拟地震振动台试验都表现出:短肢剪力墙结构均是梁端先出现塑性铰,最后在柱型墙体底部形成塑性铰,具有较好的变形能力,并为此类结构提供了很好的设计依据。本文利用一个住宅工程,采用墙元计算模型软件进行了分析,并对设计参数和设计指标进行了分析和比较,选出较合理的布置及计算模式,对实际工作有一定的指导和借鉴意义。另外还运用EPSA软件中的静力弹塑性分析功能,对此工程进行了抗倒塌验算,用此验证此类结构的梁铰破坏机制,并找出薄弱层。另外利用一个住宅工程的两种结构方案的分析与比较,简单介绍钢结构体系和大开间开放式短肢剪力墙结构体系。本文通过几个工程实例的结构体系的分析,总结出一些设计经验,以供参考。
【Abstract】 Along with society’s development and people living standard enhancement. The housing demand of people is greatly increase. The request to the housing quality is more and more enhanced. Because the land supplies and the city land resource is becoming more and more limited day by day. Population old age, the resident yearns for the city life necessary desire is intense, urges the housing shape further to raise to high level and is small high level develops.The Short-leg Shear wall is a new type of structure to resist lateral loads in recent years. It has got widely used in high-rise buildings due to its fine lateral stiffness ability and no extrusive part. However, there are no complete theories available to guide the design of this type of shear walls due to the lack of research on it. As a matter of fact, the performances of short piers. Therefore, further theoretical analysis and experimental studies are extremely essential.A theoretical study on the height to thickness ratio of the in shear walls with short piers system is theoretically conducted in the thesis. Structure testing investigations about shear wall with short piers are collected and introduced in thesis, on which discussions are carried out in two point of view, as single component and as structure. The ductility of the whole Short-pier Shear wall structure is better than that of single component with asymmetric cross section. Further more, almost all of the cycle loading tests at low frequency and shaking table tests show the same results, that the shear wall system with short piers has beam hinge and better capacity of deformation and energy dissipation, which forms good bases for design of that kind of structure system.In the thesis, a residential building project is taken as an example, to which FEA analysis are carried out with wall element model. Rational arrangement and computation module are chosen through analyes and comparison to design parameters and indexes. The Push-over method in the EPSA software is taken to check the anti-collapse of shear wall structure with short pier and verify the beam hinges in kind of structure system to find out weak level.Moreover, through comparation and analysis to two kind of structures designs of used in one housing project, simply introduces the steel structure system and the great standard width of a room opening -like Short-pier Shear wall structure system.Through several projects examples structure system analyes, this article summarizes some designs experiences, supplies to refer.
