软交换技术在下一代电信网中的应用研究

【摘要】 目前,软交换技术的发展日渐成熟,本文结合作者在工作中积累的经验,根据软交换、下一代网络(NGN)的特点,提出了软交换在演进、在下一代网络中的组网和网络规划流程方面的一些想法和见解。首先对我国传统电信网的网络状况进行了简单的阐述,对当前电信网不足与缺点作了一定的讨论;在此基础上,引出了下一代网络(NGN)的概念,重点讨论了信息产业部对软交换与下一代网络的定义以及下一代网络的突出优点。接下来简要介绍了软交换的研究组织与和软交换标准化研究进程,详细介绍了国内的研究进度,并就软交换的特征、体系结构、接口与协议进行了深入的探讨,其中,重点讨论了H.323、SIP和H.248/MGCP三个协议。接着,本文着重论述了软交换技术在电信网络中的应用,包括传统运营商和新型运营商网络中的运用。详细讨论了软交换在第三代移动通信网络中的应用:这部分仔细分析和探讨了两个标准化组织3GPP、3GPP2在NGN方面的研究工作;并结合研究成果,比较了软交换在3G核心网络中的组网方式。最后重点对软交换在建设大型网络的组网方式和NGN网络的规划流程、方法进行了研究,提出了软交换在建设大型网络时最为合理的组网方式和一套完整的NGN网络规划流程方法,为下一代网络的规划组网提供了一个很好的例子,也为软交换技术逐步走向商用做了一些工作。
【Abstract】 Today,the technology of softswitch has been developed smoothly. In this theory,the writer put forward some thinking and opinions to the development of softswitch,the network organization and planning procedure to the Next Generation Network benefiting form the experience gathered in daily work.Above all,this paper simply addresses the status of conventional current telecommunication networks and some shortages of them are discussed. On the base of above, the concept of the NGN is introduced. The definition of softswitch and NGN from Ministry of Information Industry are presented in detail. Also, some outstanding strong points are mentioned. Then some research organizations on softswitch are presented. And the course of the standardization of softswitch is addressed, too. In particular, the processing of internal research is demonstrated emphatically. In succession the characters, the architecture, the interface and the protocols of softswitch are discussed deeply. In this part, H.323、SIP and H.248/MGCP protocols are stressed. Then the application of the softswitch in telecommunication networks of conventional and burgeoning operators are dissertated, especially in the third generation of mobile network. The work of 3GPP and 3GPP2, organizations for standardization of softswitch, are analyzed and investigated. And based on the conclusions, the virtues and disadvantages of three techniques of structuring network of softswitch are compared. At last, some reasonable and useful suggestions are provided for the construction of china’s third generation mobile network. Combined with the result of study, networking methods of softswitch is analyzed in core network for 3G. Finally, networking methods in large-scale network and programming process and methods of NGN network are researched in softswitch. As a result, the most logical networking method and a set of integrate programming process and methods of NGN network are devised in softswitch.
