【摘要】 综合调度系统是朔黄铁路信息化建设的主要内容，也是公司打造“绿色、高效、数字化”铁路的重要举措之一。它由计划调度子系统、列车调度子系统、机车调度子系统、车辆调度子系统、施工调度子系统、供电调度子系统、货运调度子系统等七个功能系统组成，是一个高安全等级的运输生产领域信息系统。 本文首先从业务需求分析入手，明确系统功能，构建综合调度系统架构。通过对系统硬件和软件环境的设计，实现了对综合调度系统的总体设计。其次，通过对各个子系统的功能进行分析，明确了各子系统的相互关系，从而实现了各子系统之间信息流程的设计。第三，综合调度系统是一个不断编制计划，调整计划，实现计划的过程。列车运行调度子系统是实现列车运行计划的关键。为此通过对列车运行调度子系统运行调整的算法及模型分析与设计，实现了对列车运行的调整。第四，以列车运行调度子系统为例，对综合调度子系统进行软件模块化设计，阐明系统实现功能的方法和措施，从而实现对系统的分析与设计的目的。 综合调度系统各子系统之间是一个有机的整体，具有应用功能完善、信息资源共享、维护手段便捷、安全机制更加强化等多种特点，克服了国铁现有专业信息系统的不足，为铁路安全运输生产提供了有力的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Train dispatch plays an important role in production for railway enterprises. It is also one of the important actions of making the " green, high-efficient, digitization " railway in Shuohuang railway. The system combines the planned dispatching subsystem, train traffic control subsystem, locomotive dispatch system, vehicles dispatch subsystem, construction dispatch subsystem, power supply dispatch subsystem, and the freight transportation dispatch system etc. It is a high security information system.Being a member of the project, first, the author has analyzed by the numbers of the design blue print, exhaustively has analyzed and discussed its collectivity precept and questions, and designed softwere and hardwere of this system. Second, this paper has analyzed and designed each subsystems construnction and realization of subsystems information flow. Third, Running subsystem has been designed its relevant flow, analyzed&designed Running rectified model and arithmetic of the Travelling Attemper subsystem. Forth, it has analysed the Travelling attemper sub-system and designed the measure of the security and reliabilit of the system.Synthesize the deployment systems of Shuohuang Railway is a advance in several tends, such as perfect application , employing information resource-sharing, maintaining the means conveniently with perfect function, advanced in all of national railway information system, and get up for securitility of railway.更多还原
