TIS2004变电站运行信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着电力系统体制改革的进一步深化以及电力行业的市场化、信息化的发展,传统的电力系统管理方式(包括变电运行管理)已经难以满足电力企业的生产需要。 传统的变电运行管理存在很多的弊端,这种弊端体现在:电力生产人员的劳动强度大,电力生产人员的效率低以及生产管理不严密等等。近年来,计算机技术的快速发展为这些问题提供了比较可靠的解决方案。 于是利用计算机技术开发智能的变电管理信息系统,使变电管理人员从烦琐的劳动强度中解救出来,进一步提供工作效率并加强电力生产管理就日益显得富有意义而迫切。 变电运行管理系统是变电站综合自动化系统的重要组成部分,通常与变电站监控系统一起参与电力系统的运行。微软公司在2002年推出的.NET开发平台为开发Web模式的变电管理系统提供了技术平台。本文根据电力企业的需要,利用.NET平台技术设计并开发了同时具备C/S和B/S模式的变电管理信息系统。该系统在成都市金牛供电局进行了试运行,取得了比较好的效果。 本文首先分析了开发的变电管理信息系统的迫切性,然后介绍了变电运行管理的组织管理结构和管理流程及原则,在此基础上设计了基于.NET技术平台的变电管理系统的方案,该系统的功能包括以下若干个方面: (1) 变电生产运行数据记录的管理 (2) 接收变电站监控系统的实时数据 (3) 变电管理数据报表生成 (4) 与电业局管理信息系统网的连接 并分析了系统的开发顺序和构建系统需要的平台,然后对开发工具做了相应的介绍;其次,本文分析和解决了开发中参数库的设计,包括运行管理系统中各种类表及分类表的设计、构建,其中包括系统管理类表、数据维护类表及信息管理类表,并重点介绍了信息管理类表中各个表的构建过程;最后介绍了系统实现的有关情况,其中包括TISManage.exe、TISReport.exe两大模块的实现,并对所设计的变电管理信息系统的特点进行总结。

【Abstract】 With the further promotion of the reform in electric power industry and development in market and information domain, the traditional electric power system management style has been already difficult to meet the production needs of enterprises.A lot of drawbacks exist in traditional operation management of substation, which embodies in: the producer’s heavy task while low efficiency, the reasonless production management etc. Fortunately, the development of the computer technology has offered the scheme for solving these problems.For the reason above, utilizing the computer technology to develop the management information system with intelligence, saving and coming out staff in heavy labor, improving efficiency become a very urgent and meaningful work.As a major part of the integrated and automatic control system of substation, management information system commonly works with monitoring system to make it run. In 2002, Microsoft put forward the .NET platform, which has the ability to be a technical platform for the development of management information system in web model. According to the needs of the power-production enterprise, this article expatiate the designs of the management information system based on the NET technology in both C/S and B/S models. The system has worked at Chengdu Jinniu power supply bureau as a trial. So far, it makes a remarkable effect.This article depicts the functional demands of the management information system. Then depicts the construction and management of our Power system. Depending on this, it designs an overall scheme of the system based on .NET technological platform. The function of the management information system includes the following several aspects:(1)Deal with the data produced by the own system(2)Receive the real-time data from the monitoring system of substation(3)Make reports by using the data of system(4)Connect with the management information network of power bureauThen we analyses the order and the technological platform of this information system, yet the developing tools.
