【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来，改革开放为深圳带来了飞速的发展，同时也促使深圳城市的社会阶层发生结构性的改变与分化，这是深圳城市低收入阶层生活空间分异产生、发展的前提和背景。随着城市经济的进一步发展和城市用地规模的进一步扩张，城市低收入阶层生活空间的不平衡发展问题将会更加突出，生活空间的分异将愈演愈烈，这不仅会严重影响城市的社会稳定，也会与建设“和谐深圳、效益深圳”的目标背道而驰。基于这种不和谐的现实，本文在此宏观社会背景下对深圳城市低收入阶层生活空间展开研究，旨在通过对现状的研究，从物质空间角度提出低收入阶层生活空间更新的策略及方法。 论文首先对深圳城市低收入阶层、城市生活空间的概念、特征和界定进行了描述，随后对深圳城市生活空间分异的原因及过程进行了综述，并以典型的城中村和退化的单位制居住区为例，从生活服务设施、休闲娱乐设施和道路交通设施3个角度进行实证研究，揭示存在的问题和面临的挑战，并试图在此基础上提出低收入阶层生活空间更新的策略及方法；文章最后以竹子林东片区为例，进一步探讨本文提出的更新策略及方法对深圳旧村老区更新实践的现实意义。 论文认为，适宜的更新策略应该是通过多元主体的“互相理解和健康合作”，在遵循城市社会经济发展和居民日常生活需求的客观规律的前提下，结合旧村老区本身的特点，对更新做出的合理选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1980s, the reform and open policy has brought a rapid development for Shenzhen, simultaneously, the structure of the social class changed and split up, what is the premise and background of the generation and development of Shenzhen’s low income social-stratum’s differentiation of daily activity-space. And as the growth of city economy and location, the low income social stratum’s daily activity-space problem will be more prominent, what at last will do serious effect on the stability of our society, as well the target to make Shenzhen a harmonious and benefit city. So this paper is reached based on this unharmonious background, in order to search out a technical method to improve their daily activity-space from the angle of material space.This paper describe the concept、 features and how to define the low income social stratum and daily activity-space for the first time, then summary the reason and process , and take "city village" and the degradation unit residential areas for example, reveal the problems existed and the challenges faced form the daily service facilities、 recreational facilities and traffic facilities. Moreover, a case study of the regeneration of zhu-zi-lin is made to prove the research in practice.The dissertation points out that an appropriate regeneration strategy of old urban residential area should be made through understanding and cooperating of different people, making rational choice of regeneration goals and methods that follows the principle of the social and economic development, as well as the people’ needs and the characteristic of the area itself.更多还原
