【摘要】 随着世界经济的迅猛发展,各国之间的经济联系日益紧密。一国经济的风吹草动都会使世界其他国家经济发生波动。东亚金融危机的爆发以及欧元的启动,使东亚各国(地区)认识到货币合作的必要性和建立货币同盟的优势所在。货币同盟作为货币合作的最高形式,是否应该在东亚地区建立,成为东亚各国政府及理论界讨论的热点问题。本文运用满足货币同盟的经济指标体系及成本—收益分析工具来分析东亚建立货币同盟的可行性。通过这一分析,可以看出,东亚目前尚不具备建立货币同盟的条件,货币同盟只能是长期的目标。但是,东亚各国可以走建立货币同盟的阶段性选择路线,现阶段可以开展较低层次的区域汇率制度合作,通过东亚各经济体的共同努力,最终实现在整个东亚地区建立单一货币区的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the world economic integration, cooperation seems to be an inevitable way to further the relations between all nations and regions. In order to adapt to the trend of the economic globalization and to get rid of infectivity and destructiveness of financial crisis, the countries and regions of East Asia have stronger requirements for carrying on currency cooperation in this area than that of before.While studying the question whether the Currency Union should be set up in East Asia, first of all, we should make clear various kinds of theories about the Currency Union. Only by understanding the theories about Currency Union, we can find the reality of the Currency Union in our life. This text begins with the reviewing of the theories about currency cooperation, explains the concept and content of Optimum Currency Area. It discusses the preconditions that one country joins in the Currency Union. These preconditions include mobility of the factor of production, the degree of economic opening, diversify of products, integrated degree of financial market, elasticity of the price and the salary, inflation rate, similarity of the structure of trade, synchronization of economic fluctuation,etc. At the same time, it points out that decision should be made after considering the cost and the income that the countries join in the union.In order to promote the rapid and sound development of the economy of all countries in the area and get rid of the puzzlement of crisis, the East Asian countries have already launched a series of currency cooperation under the guidance of European experience at present. Ideas of“Asian Monetary Fund”, the foundation of“Asean Swap Arrangement”and the implement of“Chiang Mai Initiative”are all the progresses that currency cooperation makes. We can say that the更多还原
