【摘要】 从资本主义产生至今,经过一系列渐进的或革命的运动,尽管劳动在现代工业社会的地位已有较大提升。但资本主义的生产关系并未发生根本性逆转,如果劳动仍然是商品,那么,剥削、奴役、压迫、异化与物化等非正义现象就难以根治。本文的目的便是对资本主义企业模式的独立面──经济民主企业进行研究。马克思对工人合作工厂这一早期的经济民主企业模式的社会主义性质的论述,是本文研究的指导思想。经济民主是以生产资料公有制为基础的社会主义劳动组织的基本治理原则,它颠覆了资本主义企业的治理和分配结构。本文通过研究证明,经济民主企业不仅具有重大的社会价值也具有很高的经济效率。因此,我国的经济改革也应当积极引入经济民主,为国民经济的发展注入新的活力。当然,经济民主也产生了自己的问题和危险,需要不断地改进和修正。而中国的社会主义性质决定了当前的阻碍是非结构性的和暂时的,经济民主必将在社会主义建设的历史进程中逐步实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Labor is not a commodity!This is the early labor movement, various socialist theorist and practitioner of the consensus reached and the efforts to achieve the goal. In 1848, "the Communist Manifesto" systematically explained it; in that case it becomes one of the basic characteristics of socialism in the future. After nearly 100 years, it has become the introduction of ILO’s Declaration of Philadelphia programmatic preface (1944).From capitalism evolution to now, in a series of incremental or revolutionary movement, the status of labor in a modern industrial society has a larger raise. But the relationship of capital hiring labor has not been undergone a fundamental reverse. Exploitation, slavery, oppression, and alienation of the non-materialization of justice still exist. Elite democracy and economic grading system make a double attack on the laborers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze economic democracy enterprise which is the opposition of capitalism firm. I will try to interdict its socialist nature and theoretical model, most importantly, to prove that it is more efficient than the capitalist enterprise. On this basis, I will give the inspiration of Chinese economic reform.Specifically, the text consists of four parts. The first part named "the emergence of economic democracy and its socialism nature”. The so-called capitalist free, (from legal meaning) the private and equity have not created love, but exploitation and oppression. Where there is oppression where there will be resistance. Early Western economic cooperative thinkers put forward their own production cooperatives economic theory and do experiment in different degrees. Among them, they put democracy on the introduction of economic thinking is especially valuable.
