【摘要】 中国的轿车工业经过二十年的发展,从无到有,不断发展壮大,2006年估计年产销量将超过400万辆,已经发展成中国经济的支柱产业,为中国经济的发展起到了关键的作用。轿车生产厂,不但有合资的,也有私人企业。A汽车合资公司作为合资企业的先行者,目前,年产销量已达到30万辆,装车零件不但有物流时间很长的国外进口件,也有物流时间相对较短的国产化零件。这样复杂的物流过程在面对多变的市场时,往往反应迟钝。采用什么样的计划方式(制造策略),对A汽车合资公司显得尤为重要;一方面要满足灵活的市场需求;另一方面公司生产部门要最大限度地进行平顺生产以降低过程成本。因此,在如何进行预测;如何获得并满足顾客的订单;如何合理地分配可用资源;如何进行生产过程控制以保证订单的及时兑现;如何是中国汽车合资企业必须要认真思考的问题。A汽车合资公司进行了十几年的探索,采取一系列有效的措施和方法,加强销售计划预测管理、库存管理、经销商管理,从而为A汽车合资公司提高市场份额、增强企业竞争力提供了保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since autos come into common families in China, Chinese auto market is growing to the third auto consumption market of the world gradually. And this is the brand-new market that every world-class auto groups can’t ignore. Chinese saloon car industrial remains joint venture Companies everywhere as the major auto companies in the revolution process from importation to self-produce. Both technologies and management are in the developing progress, in which joint venture companies are faced with stinging market competition. Meanwhile it is on a important turn in the course of events. Not only need to enhance production R&D, but also need innovation in management. The purpose is to make the product satisfying Chinese situation, to make the management fitting Chinese culture and consumption habits, and then enlarge market occupy ratio, enhance the market competition ability of the company.Joint venture companies in China are faced with the same problem in supply chains, which is a long term ahead of schedule for KD parts. Take this situation as a precondition, to produce according to orders proved to be impossible. Therefore choosing which kind of plan and order management form became the main question for joint venture companies to analysis and decision-making seriously. In every company running management, there are three strategies to choose: to produce according to stock; to produce according to orders and to assembly according to orders.
