基于模糊控制的恒温控制器的研制

【摘要】 本课题来源于吉大·小天鹅分析仪器有限公司的水分测量仪的研发和设计,对特定样品的烘干只有在特定的温度下水分才能被烘干的最快并且不损坏样品,因此要进行恒温控制。文中介绍了恒温控制器的设计过程,主要包括硬件电路设计,红外温度测量和恒温控制算法以及系统的整体软件设计。在此基础上,根据恒温控制器的设计过程,详细介绍恒温控制的模糊控制器的设计,对于经典的控制方法,必须给出其精确的数学模型,才能进行有效的控制,但是对于某些被控对象是非线性的,参数多,被控对象复杂,很难有精确的数学模型,比如温度这种典型的非线性被控对象,采用模糊控制算法能很好的解决这个问题。由于经典的模糊模糊控制稳态精度欠佳,本设计的改进措施是在模糊控制器中通过引入积分控制作用来提高其稳态精度,组成了模糊-积分控制器,这种引入积分的方法可以消除大的稳态误差,最后系统的恒温控制精度为±0.1℃,系统工作稳定。

【Abstract】 In the practical work and the scientific research, the temperature is a very important basic physical quantity, all must involve in very many domains. The experiment needs to use the heater to heat up the experimental object, and carries on the survey and the control to it, causes to control the object to achieve and to maintain at in some target temperature range (constant temperature control), moreover in the experimental process, was measured object temperature some times request the stability to be very high, therefore must carry on the constant temperature control.This article introduced a method to the temperature survey and the temperature control, already designed successfully. After half year experimental confirmation, system work stably and the performance was reliable, already manufactured the PCB board and processed the experimental machine.The constant temperature controller are mainly composed by the far infrared ceramics heater, the infrared temperature sensor, enlarger circuit, the A/D converter, the pressed key circuit, the liquid crystal displayer, the MCU and the SSR. The main work process is: The constant temperature control system real-time checks the current temperature output signal of the heating chamber using the infrared temperature sensor. The output voltage signal is sent to the MCU after the signal processor circuit and A/D converter recuperates. Then the current temperature and the goal temperature processed by the fuzzy control algorithm, we can obtain the control quantity to the solid state relay. Finally the output passes through the MCU by the PWM wave form to control the pass or break of the SSR, thus controls the heater’s heating power. After repeatedly adjusts the temperature in the heating chamber is caused to stabilize in the goal temperature finally.The temperature survey and control is the key of the constant temperature controller design. In this experiment the heater element is the far infrared ceramics heater. This kind of heater has the characteristic of the temperature region width, the temperature high, the power density big, the electricity and heating transfer efficiency is high,
