高校教师教学研究论
The Research on the Teachers’ Teaching Research

【摘要】 高校教师教学研究是高校教师运用科学的理论和方法,有目的、有计划、有组织地对教学中的问题进行研究,以解决教学中的问题,揭示教学规律,为提高教学质量提供理论依据和实践指导的活动。探讨高校教师教学研究对形成高校教师教学研究的理论,促进高校和高校教师重视、加强和搞好教学研究,提高教学质量等具有重要意义。高校教师教学研究表现出交互性、复杂性、整合性、创造性和实践性等特征,并具有描述、解释、预测、改进等功能。高校教师教学研究可以分为客观研究和主观思辩、单项研究和复合研究、文字成果型研究和对象成果型研究、个体研究和合作研究。高校教师教学研究呈现综合化、生态化、跨文化以及基础研究和应用研究并举而以应用研究为主的态势。高校教师开展教学研究有其必要性,因为这是教学本身的内在要求,是高校发展的重要途径,是高校教师自身生存和发展的基本前提;高校教师开展教学研究有其可能性,是因为教师具有教学研究的潜能,教师经常参加教学实践活动以及学校具有有利的教研环境和提供必要的政策支持。尽管高校教师从事教学研究非常有必要、也有可能,但目前高校教师从事教学研究的状况并不容乐观:首先是轻视教学研究和教学研究缺乏积极性,其次是教学研究能力不高和教学研究缺乏原创性,再次是教学研究成果难以应用推广,其原因可以归纳为认识模糊、社会文化导引偏失、学校支持力量薄弱、教师作用发挥不力等四个方面。为了促进高校教师更好的进行教学研究,应采取以下对策:澄清观念,增强教学研究意识;深化改革,夯实学校支撑基础;学习实践,提高教师教学研究素养。
【Abstract】 Teachers’teaching research in university is that teachers with specific aim, plan and organization use scientific theory and method to analyze teaching problems, solve teaching problems and reveal teaching rules. The purpose is to provide academic foundation and practical guidance for improving teaching quality. Teachers’teaching research in university takes on the characters of reciprocity, complexity, integration, creation, practice and so on, and is provided with the function of description, explanation, forecast, improvement and so on. Teachers’teaching research may be classified as objective research and subjective research, simplex research and complex research, dominance research and recessive research, individual research and co-operative research. Teachers’teaching research has the trend of integration, ecology, cross-culture, the combination of basic research and applied research which is the main research. Teachers’teaching research is very necessary, because it’s the inherent demand of teaching, the important way of development for university, and the basic premise of survival and development for teachers in university. Teachers’teaching research is possible, because teachers’potential for teaching research is the inherent condition, teachers’practice is the basic, favored environment and policy in university provide objective support. However, the status for teachers’teaching research is not optimize: firstly, teaching research is not emphasized and teachers’enthusiasm for teaching research is low; secondly, teachers’capability for teaching research is low, and the production for teaching research is not original; lastly, the production for teaching research is applied uneasily. The reasons may attribute to fuzzy cognition, incorrect-guided social culture, weak support in university, and so on. In order to promote teachers to research teaching, the following measures should be carried: first of all, classify some idea and strengthen consciousness for teaching research; next, deepen reform to increase more support from university; lastly, intensify study and practice to enhance teachers’attainment for teaching research.
