云芝多糖体外抗微生物作用及其对肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 云芝多糖是一种新型、高效、绿色环保型免疫增强剂,由于其给药途径广泛、使用方便、便于推广、疗效显著,可作为一种便于推广的饲料添加剂使用,为了研究其抗微生物作用和对提高肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响,进行两个试验:第一章研究了云芝多糖在三种浓度下的体外抗细菌、抗病毒活性以及对新城疫强毒感染鸡的保护作用。结果表明:云芝多糖在一定浓度下有抑菌作用和对新城疫病毒有部分抑制作用,使病毒血凝滴度降低。攻毒试验表明,对于未免疫鸡,新城疫强毒攻击各试验处理组的发病率和发病死亡率均为100%,说明多糖对肉仔鸡起不到任何保护和治疗作用。对于免疫鸡,在一定程度上降低了鸡的发病率。第二章研究了三种不同添加剂量的云芝多糖,作为一种饲料添加剂,通过在鸡群ND免疫前后的使用,来检测其对肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响。研究发现:三种添加剂量的云芝多糖均显著提高了法氏囊指数(P<0.01),并不同程度地提高了肉仔鸡新城疫抗体滴度(P<0.05),也提高了外周血淋巴细胞转化率。通过以上结果表明:云芝多糖按100mg/kg浓度混合饲料口服,免疫增强作用最强。
【Abstract】 The polysaccharides and the complex-type oligosaccharide like Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide can activate the immune cell, enhances organism immunity function and the anti-tumor function, enhances the vaccine to the animal organism protection efficiency, thus obtains hopefully as the vaccine adjuvant takes with the development.The Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide for the medicine way widespread, the easy to operate, is advantageous for the promotion, the curative effect is remarkable, may take the feed additive use. In the domestic and foreign literature, the related Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide research are very many, also has many reports regarding Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide withdrawing with the application, but it took the poultry vaccine pre-used immunopotentiator the report very are actually few.In Exp.1 studied the Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide under three kind of densities in vitro anti-bacteria, anti-viral activeness as well as to protective the Newcastle disease virus infection broiler’s function. The result indicated that, in 0.1% low concentration situation, the Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide not anti-bacterial affects, under 0.5% density, has certain anti-bacterial function to the Escherichia coli, but under 1.0% densities, to the Escherichia coli, the Salmonella bacillus has certain
