基于面向对象的学籍管理信息系统的开发

【摘要】 基于面向对象的学籍管理信息系统的开发,是典型的管理信息系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序开发两方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强,数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序具有功能完备,易使用等特点。本系统是利用数据库管理信息系统的技术对通化师范学院学生学籍信息进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点,设计思想和方案均要求突出实用性。主要对学生的基本信息和成绩信息进行管理。学生学籍管理系统可实现学生学籍档案及学生的成绩信息的录入、查询、浏览和统计。学籍管理信息系统以计算机为工具,通过对教务管理所需的信息管理,把管理人员从繁琐的数据计算处理中解脱出来,使其有更多的精力从事教务管理政策的研究实施,教学计划的制定执行和教学质量的监督检查,从而全面提高教学质量。本系统使用c#作为开发工具,并且用Microsoft公司的Microsoft SQL Server 2000来建立后台数据库。本系统在开发过程中严格按照软件工程的基本思想,经过了问题定义,可行性研究,需求分析,总体设计,详细设计,编码及程序调试7个阶段完成。学籍管理信息系统由七大模块构成,分别是:基本数据管理,学生信息管理,学生成绩管理,日常教务管理,奖惩处理,毕业生学位管理,系统管理。学籍管理信息系统具有操作快捷、方便、易懂、易会的特点。系统集输入、维护、查询、统计等处理为一体。系统性能稳定,界面美观,操作简单。

【Abstract】 The present era is the time of rapid developing information. Various of trades and occupations rely on information processing. This is the very environment for the computers widely used on the information management. The biggest advantage of the computers is that they can carry on the information management. Carrying on the message controlled by the computers, not only the working efficiency is enhanced, but also the security of information is greatly improved. Especially regarding the complex information management, the computers can fully show their superiority. The information management of computers is close related to the development of information management system, the development of system is the premise of the system administration. This system is to improve the school register management, the design thoughts and the plans request the prominent usability by using the technology of the database administration information system and the network. It mainly carries on the management of students’basic information and the result information. The students’basic information management can realize input, inquiry, revise and delete the students’information. The student result management can realize input, revise, delete and statistics the students’result.During developing of the system, I mainly used VS.Net2005 development tools. Visual Studio is a complete set of development tools collection, which is used for processing ASP.NET Web applied programs, XML Web Services, the desktop applied programs and the motion applied programs. Visual Basic, Visual C++, Visual C# and Visual J# all use the same integrated development environment (IDE), IDE can be used for sharing the tools and is helpful to found the mix language solutions. Moreover, these languages have used the NET Framework function which can simplifies the essential technology ASP Web applied programs and XML Web Services development. Visual Studio provided a brand-new homepage design unit (we can call it Visual Web Developer), in which contained many enhanced functions of founding and editing the ASP.NET homepage and the HTML page. Therefore I have chosen Visual Studio Net2005 development tools.Nowadays there are many popular large-scale database system products in the market, like DB2 and Informix of IBM, SQL Server of Microsoft, as well as Sybase and MySql of ORACLE, etc. Unlike those small-scale databases, the large-scale database systems not only provide a better performance, and they are far better at the security and extension than the small-scale databases. This system database uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000.As a product of Microsoft, SQL Server has won universal favor by it extremely good usability and the remarkable performance as soon as it was pushed to market. Especially in the small and medium-sized enterprises, the SQL Server application is widely used. It can be moved into both of the Windows 2000 large-scale multi-processors servers and the Windows98 laptop computers, the users can use it easily. Because of its high performance, high reliable,
