无刷直流电机的电梯门控制系统研究

【摘要】 该设计是基于无刷直流电机的电梯门控制系统设计,论文由整体到细节地阐述了系统的机械结构和电气结构,并且主要对电气结构进行剖析。根据无刷直流电机的控制理论,从理论到实践,针对门机这一特定的控制对象采取了特定的控制策略。具体包括无刷直流电机速度的闭环控制,门机运行曲线的设计与实验,门位置信息的测量和反馈,以及在一些特殊状况下采取的必要措施,诸如,夹人情况,关门过程中出现的倒拖情况的处理方法。还有一些智能化功能的实现,例如门宽的自学习、转矩参数化等。
【Abstract】 With the development of the social economy and the improvement of life quality, every kind of product applied in daily life ought to satisfy the consumer’s desire. Elevator door control system is operated most frequently in high building for residence and skyscraper for business, the high speed, stability and low noise of the elevator door performance are always the manufacturer’s pursuing. The life style has been changed a lot, then people’s consciousness about enviroment protection is enhanced, so efficient, energy saved, intelligent and environment protected producted are favored these years, and focused on by many producers. Besides, the price of the product is one of the most important thing that influence a good sale, businessmen are usually sensitive to the price stuff. According to the requirement of the market, current technical level and the history of the elevator door control development, bring forwad to the project of the elevator door control system based on BLDCM.In this project, the motor is the energy convertor, the torque, speed and response trait of the motor decide the whole system. The BLDCM is ideal for the elevator door system because of its big torque output, high effeciency, well speed capability and low noise operation. Because the rotor is made of high density permannent magnet material, its size is much smaller than common AC motor. Our country is rich in thulium, own 70% of the world’s content, so the price of the BLDCM is inexpensive.
