【摘要】 目前采用传统的分散管理网已经不适合现代移动网的发展需要,建立开放式、综合化的网络管理系统势在必行。铁岭移动公司网络部设计开发了这套针对移动通信基站的综合性监控系统(包括动力及环境监控系统)。把这一监控系统应用在基站机房,可以把不同厂家设备的报警信息实时地收集到一起,提供直观、易于操作的界面。报警信息融合了电源、环境和基站设备本身的运行情况,如掉载频、丢时隙等,告警信息是通过基站和基站控制器间的传输线路上传到基站控制器(BSC), BSC通过后台分析软件系统将告警信息(包括动力、环境、设备告警信息)进行声音提示,保证告警发现的及时性,使障碍能够得到有效、及时的处理和控制;同时可以把告警信息通过短信等方式实时传送给相关的维护人员;维护人员采用该系统,就可以实时全面地掌握系统的运行情况,对系统出现的故障进行准确的分析和处理,以确保网络的正常稳定运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, separated management networks are no longer suitable for the new development of modern mobile networks, so it is imperative to build an open, integrated network administration system, In this integrated monitoring system (including power and environment monitor system), developed by Tieling Mobile Company, its warning message is transferred to BSC by the transport line between base station and controller of the base station, With background analysis software, BSC will provide a sound warning and notify the relative maintenance persons by short message, So we can discover the warning in time and clear the obstacles effectively and timely,Chapter one is the introduction part, it mainly introduces the background, importance, and the main contents of this thesis, Having been developed for many times, the wireless networks of Tieling Mobile Company has been a large scale with almost four hundreds base stations, Since there are so many base stations, we had to set an effective monitor system to guarantee the system operating safely and steadily, to guarantee the high quality network services, So we have designed this monitor system to discover and settle the question timely,Chapter two states the components of the GSM networks and relative theory, This integrated monitor system is just based on the GSM networks and serves for these networks, The chapter mainly introduces GSM networks structure, channels types and short message technology etc,which are fundation of the design on the monitor system,According to geography region, GSM system is divided into GSM service area, PLMN service area , MSC control area, location area, base station and cell,更多还原
