溶胶—凝胶法制备可成纤丙烯酸酯/SiO2杂化材料研究

【摘要】 高分子/无机杂化材料是在有机/无机物复合材料的基础上发展起来的一种新型材料,具有许多优越的性能。溶胶-凝胶法是制备有机/无机杂化材料的主要方法,本文用这种方法制备出成纤性能良好的丙烯酸酯/SiO2杂化纤维。 首先用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出SiO2溶胶,分析了影响硅溶胶形成线型结构的因素,得出了合适的试剂配比,直接用玻棒拉制出SiO2纤维。实验发现,控制反应体系的pH值为2时,溶胶的拉丝性能相对较为理想。用生物显微镜观察SiO2纤维外观,测算出纤维直径为微米级,IR分析证实了产物的结构。 然后以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为有机组分,SiO2为无机组分,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,在N2保护下反应,获得了具有成纤性能的PMMA/SiO2杂化溶胶,研究了有机物与无机物的不同比例下得到的溶胶的拉丝性能,探讨杂化溶胶的成纤性能与粘度变化的关系,讨论了适量的偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)的添加对杂化产物的影响,并通过电纺的方法,得到直径达到纳米级的电纺纤维。IR分析证实了产物中的无机-有机共存的结构,XRD测试说明了杂化材料的结晶状态,SEM图片显示了电纺杂化纤维的形貌。 以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为有机相,分别与SiO2溶胶反应,制备出具有较好成纤性能的杂化材料,进行了IR分析,并电纺出PBMA/SiO2和PMA/SiO2杂化纤维.通过SEM照片比较了与PMMA/SiO2电纺纤维形貌上的差异。
【Abstract】 The polymer/inorganic hybrid materials which had a great deal of excellent property was a kind of new material developed on the base of the organic/inorganic composition. Sol-Gel methods were the main way to prepare the organic/inorganic hybrid materials.In this paper the excellent spinnability acrylic ester/SiO2 hybrid fibers were prepared by this way.At first solution of SiO2 was prepared by Sol-Gel method using tetraethoxy-silicane(TEOS) as raw material.The factors which caused forming linetype structure in the silicon dioxide solution were analyzed.The proper raw material ratio and silicon dioxide fibers were achieved.SiO2 fibers could be drawn out directly by a glass stick from the solution with specificator viscosity.When the pH numerical value controled in reaction system was 2,the spinnability of the solution in the experimentation were relatively better. Aspect of SiO2 fibers were observed through the biology micro-scope. It was measured that the diameter of the fiber was micron scale.The structure of production were approved by the analysis of IR.Then the spinnable PMMA/SiO2 hybird solution was prepared using methyl methacrylate(MMA) as organic component and SiO2 as inorganic component, intiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and protected by N2.The spinnability of production with different ratios of organic and inorganic matter were researched.The relation of the spinnability and the change of viscosity of hybrid solution was explained.The effect of suitable coupling agents γ-methacry loxypropyltrimethyl oxysilane(MPTMS) added on hybrid producetion was discussed,and by the electrospinning method,the fibers with more minute structure were acquired.It was found that the diameter of electrospinning fibers were in nanometer scales.The structure of the coexistence of organic-inorganic phase among production were approved by the analysis of IR.XRD testing explained the crystal state of hrbrid materials.Appearance of hybrid electrospinning fibers were revealed in SEM pictures.Butyl methacrylate(BMA) and methyl acrylate (MA) were separatly used as organic component to react with SiO2 solution. The better spinnable hybrid materials were prepared and analysed by IR. PBMA/SiO2 and PMA/SiO2 hybrid fibers were electrospinned and compared the difference of the appearance with PMMA/SiO2 electrospinning fibers through SEM pictures.
