【摘要】 随着我国改革开放不断深入，社会转型所造成的社会问题越来越多，加之人类社会进入知识经济时代，社会发展呈现出加速化趋势。在这一社会大背景下，如何真正把当代大学生培养成为德才兼备、情智并重、身心健康的创新人才是高等教育面临的重大课题。而在这一系列课题中，如何建立一个发展性的教育系统，替代传统的矫治性的教育系统，显得特别重要。 本文立足于大学生心理健康教育的历史发展研究，在回顾一些发达国家地区及我国心理健康教育发展历史的前提下，揭示各国各地心理健康教育发展的必然趋势，结合我国大陆心理健康教育开展的实际状况和时代要求，吸收西方国家心理学理论的精华，提出建立包括“功能系统”、“促进系统”、“研发系统”、“环境系统”在内的“系统、发展的大学生心理健康教育体系”，整合现有的教育资源，发挥系统的功能性特点，促进心理健康教育事业的发展，推动大学生心理健康成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 As reforming and opening of our country going on, society change with more and more social problem. And our world walks into intellectual times, our society develop with accelerated characteristics. In this society, how to educate our student, how to make them have ethics and specialized subject, IQ and EQ, good baby health and mental health, is a very important problem to college education. And in all the subjects on this problem, how to make a developing system of mental hygiene, instead of traditional system, is more important than other subjects.Researching on history of college mental education, This article looks back on mental hygiene histories of some developed countries and our country, talks out the trends of mental hygiene all over the world, talks about how to make an "organizational and developing system of college mental hygiene", which includes "functional system","advancing system", "research system ","environment system" , with mental hygiene of our country and the needs of times. This system reorganizes all the education resources, develops new function, advances the mental hygiene, and promotes mental health of our colleges.更多还原
