【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的到来，我国的教育目标和人才培养方式等正随着时代的发展而不断变化。班级管理直接关系到学校教育目标的实现，而班干部管理是班级管理中的一个重要组织部分，如何建设和管理好班干部，促进中学人才培养目标的实现，是教育工作者尤其是班主任们考虑的一个重要课题。 通过对现行高中班干部存在问题和产生原因的调查，笔者发现当前高中班干部的主要缺陷有以下几方面：(1)缺乏动力和强烈的责任感；(2)缺乏活力和创新意识；(3)缺乏合力和强烈的团队意识：(4)缺乏能力和影响力不强。上述缺陷产生的主要原因是：班干部管理机制上的滞后和班干部管理上的一些误区。因此，笔者认识到探索班干部管理的必要性，提出了班干部管理的一些对策，以期为德育工作者特别是班主任们提供一个可借鉴的参考方案。本研究分为四大部分： 第一部分绪论，简述本文的选题背景、研究现状和研究意义。 第二部分介绍建国以来高中班干部管理流变。介绍了班级管理、班干部的产生和班干部管理的制度变迁，分析了新时期班干部管理的新情况。 第三部分是高中班干部管理的现状分析。通过分析班干部和班干部管理的现状与问题，剖析了班干部管理中存在问题的原因。 第四部分是高中班干部管理的改进策略。主要从学校、班主任、学生三个层面分析改进策略，重点分析了三个层面理念更新、制度完善、建立保障体系的必要性和具体做法。这是本文的重点 综上，高中班干部管理的对策研究，是素质教育的呼唤，是时代需要高素质人才的呼唤，是学生发展需要的呼唤，是“以人为本”管理的呼唤。有效的班干部管理对策的实施，能为班级构建良性的人力资源竞争环境，提高人力资源效率和提高班级效能与竞争力作出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the arrival of knowledge-based economy ages, the goal of education of our country and talented person etc. is changing continuously with the development of the ages. The class management relates to the realization of the school education goal directly, but a staff’s management is an important part of the class management. Develop the realization of target, all these are an important topic that the educator particularly the teacher in charge of a class to consider.Through the inquisition that exists problem and creations reason to the current class cadre in senior high school, the writer found it contains following several aspects: (1) Lack the sense of responsibility of motive and mightiness; (2) Lack the vitality and creative consciousnesses;(3 ) Lack to cooperate and the team of the mightiness consciousness;(4) Lack the ability and influences not strong.
