【摘要】 教师的质量是现代远程开放教育的重要保障。随着国家现代远程教育工程的全面实施，随着人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点项目的不断深入，现代远程开放教育师资队伍正面临着前所未有的挑战。电大能否抓住机遇，担任实施大众化教育的重任，关键在于能否培养和造就一支高水平的教学科研队伍。 文献研究发现，国内外在有关远程教育教师的相关研究上，培训的重要性和必要性的研究占主流，但这些研究仅提出了“要培训”，而关于培训的现状、效果、存在的问题以及解决的对策等实践研究明显不足，尤其是对基层远程教育教师培训现状的研究涉及甚少。这正是本研究的价值和难点所在。 本研究的核心问题是开放教育试点分校教师培训的问题。研究对象为开放教育试点分校教师，研究范围针对安庆电大分校及八县工作站。第一章绪论，主要交待了研究的背景、意义和方法。第二章，是对试点分校开展远程教育教师培训的现状的调查与分析。第三章主要研究了国外开展远程教育教师培训的特点，借鉴国外远程教育教师培训的成功经验，反思试点分校教师培训工作，提出培训的新思路和新方法。第四章的研究从目前教师培训实践出发，以先进的教育思想、教育理念为依据，借鉴国外远程教育教师培训的成功经验，提出构建三种新型的远程教育教师培训模式：自主学习——反思培训模式、基于网络的案例培训模式和远程导师制培训模式，并从模式的概念、产生的背景、达到的目标、结构要素、活动程序和模式的特点等几个方面对三种模式进行了较系统的阐述。 本研究只是对远程教师培训模式改革的一种探索，同任何一种教学模式一样，新型的培训模式也不可避免地有其一定的局限性，需要在教师培训实践中不断改进与进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teacher’s quality is an important assurance of modern distance and open education .With the implementation of national modern distance education project , with the reform of personal training model and pilot project of open education , the teacher is facing the great challenge . For TV University , to take the chance and to bear the important task of public education depends on teacher training for teaching and science research .The literature analyses shows that the research on the importance and necessity of distance education teacher training is the main stream in the world now. However, these researches only emphasized that the training is necessary. The practical research on the training’s present situation, effectiveness, problem and solution ect. is too limited, especially for that of primary organization, which is the value and difficulty of this study.The purpose of this study is to discuss teacher training for open education pilot project. The research aims at all teachers in pilot school. The scope is mainly in Anqing TV University and eight counties. The first chapter , introduction of the paper , gives the background , value and methods of the research . In the second chapter , the author investigates the present situation of teacher training. The third chapter mainly discusses faculty training in the foreign countries . Based on the successful experience abroad and thinking on current teacher training , the paper puts forward to new training method . The forth chapter is the core of the paper . According to current training practice , successful experience and modern education theories , three new training models of distance education is discussed. They are training model of autonomous learning and reconsidering , web-based case training model and training model of tutorial system through distance education .The paper also analyses the conception , background , construction, implementation and character of the new models.This study is just an explore to teacher training reform . Just like any model , the new one also has its limitation . It needs to be improved through the practice.更多还原
