【摘要】 信息技术的迅猛发展及其在教育中的广泛应用，决定了资源建设将是高等学校校园网建设的永恒主题。本人在高等医学院校工作，本文针对目前本校网络教学资源建设及应用中存在的有效资源匮乏和教师教育技术能力薄弱无法开发教学资源的问题，以医学教学信息资源的开发为研究对象，论述了网络教学环境下教学信息资源设计与开发的基本过程，对促进网络教育信息资源的建设具有实践意义。 本课题主要解决的问题是网络教学环境下教学信息资源的设计与开发，研究的主要目标是建立适应在本校的网络教学环境的教学信息资源开发的解决方案。研究过程中，以现代教育教学理论为指导，注重理论与实践的结合，不断更新教学观念，在应用网络资源，改革教学内容、教学方法、教学模式等方面有了一定的创新。研究的依据包括：课程与教学的基本原理、学习理论和教学设计理论。 本文研究的教学信息资源是指经过选取、组织，使之有序化的，在教学中适合学习者自身发展的有用信息的集合，在形式上表现为文本、图像、音频、动画、课件、教育网站等多种类型。本文的第1章对网络教学环境下教学信息资源做了一定的概述。第2章归纳了网络教学环境中教学信息资源设计与开发的理论基础。第3章根据系统工程方法论和教学信息资源设计与开发的基本原理建立了教学信息资源设计开发模型，该模型将开发过程分为分析、设计、开发、评价、应用5个阶段。在实践结合的过程中，本人发现影响网络教学信息资源质量的原因主要不是技术层面的问题，而是设计层面的问题。第4章主要讨论了教学信息资源的设计。第5章对教学信息资源的主要内容，包括文本、图像、音频、视听教材、课件和网络课程的开发方案结合工作实践分别做了阐述。第6章通过将开发方案在诊断学教研室的应用，从教师应用和教学效果对研究成果做了评价。 校园网教育信息资源的建设和应用是一个不断探索和丰富的过程，无论在资源形式上还是教学模式上都在不断取得新的突破。本研究虽然涉及的教学信息资源都立足于医学教学领域，但是医学教学信息资源涵盖了各种类型的教学信息资源，是典型的教学信息资源的应用。因此本研究的成果在其他学科的资源开发中是可以应用的，在综合性院校的规范教学信息资源开发的过程中应用也是完全可行的。教育信息资源建设是教育信息化的基础，是需要长期建设与维护的系统工程，需要遵循一定的建设原则，以专业化流程进行开发，持续稳定地推进这项网络教育基础建设工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The swift and violent development of information technology and it is in education apply extensively, have decided that resource construction will be eternal theme of the garden net construction of colleges and universities. The author of this paper works in a medical college. This paper existed in view of the problem that the effective resources is deficient in the present construction and application of web-based educational resource that in the author’s college. The author takes the medicine educational information resource as the research object, elaborated unit process of design and development of educational information resource under the web-based education environment. And it has the practice significance in the promotion of construction of web-based educational information resource.The problem of the major solution of this paper is the design and the development of educational information resource under web-based education environment, and the research essential target is to establish the solution of design and development of educational information resource that adapts in the web-based education environment. Research is guidance in process with modern educational teaching theory, pay attention to union of theory and practice, update teaching idea constantly, when applying web-based resource, reform teaching content, teaching method and teaching pattern to wait for aspect have got certain innovation and breakthrough. The basis of research includes: the basic principle of curriculum and teaching, the theory of study and instructional design.The educational information resource in the research refers to a useful information set that it has been caused in order by selection and organization and suits the development of learner in the teaching. It displays in the form of the text, the picture, the audio frequency, the animation, the courseware, the website for education and so on. The first chapter made certain summary of educational information resource under the web-based education environment. The second chapter concludes the rationale of design and development of educational information resource under the web-based education environment. In the third chapter, the paper established the model of design and development of educational information resource, according to the systems engineering methodology and the basic principle of design and development of educational information resource. This model included 5 stages: analysis, design, development, appraisal and application. The author discovered that the reason that influencing the quality of web-based educational information resource is mainly not the question of technical, but the question of design. The fourth chapter discussed the design of educational information resource. In the fifth chapter, the author expatiated the process of the main content of educational information resource include text, picture, audio frequency, courseware and network curriculum through combining with working practice. The sixth chapter appraised the research results through the teacher application and the teaching effect by the application of the process used in staff room of diagnostics.Application and the construction of campus net educational information resource are an unceasing exploration and rich process, regardless of in on resource is nominal is still teaching pattern when getting new breakthrough constantly.
