高技术企业知识转化体系研究

【摘要】 高技术企业作为新经济的代表在当今经济舞台上扮演了重要的角色,作为R&D密集型企业,高技术企业的核心竞争力主要是以知识为基础的技术能力。因此,它比传统企业表现出了对知识创新更高的要求,知识的快速创新是其竞争优势的根本来源。知识的不断转化是知识创新的重要途径,知识转化在知识管理研究领域中是一个较新、较前沿的课题。由此,本文从知识转化的角度研究对高技术企业的管理。本文概述了知识转化的国内外相关研究,知识管理的理论基础,包括知识转化内容、转化主体、转化过程及转化空间。在对高技术企业的特征以及高技术企业的核心知识活动进行介绍与总结之后,着重对高技术企业研发、生产、营销各阶段的知识转化进行了研究,并对研发阶段隐性知识的转化作了分析,提出了隐性知识转化障碍;构建了高技术企业知识转化体系。对于知识转化主体——高知识员工、知识转化空间——知识场以及知识转化过程如何促进高技术企业的知识转化,使高技术企业知识创新并增值进行了阐述,分析了其作为一个封闭的、螺旋上升的动态循环过程,每一次知识的转化就是一次知识的创新,均会对组织的发展提供新的动力。此外,本文从人力资源管理、企业文化营造及组织结构变革三个方面进一步分析了高技术企业知识转化对策,并对高技术企业——华为技术有限公司的知识转化进行了案例分析。本文研究的基本方法是将高技术企业理解成一个知识创新的系统,运用逻辑分析及综合分析法来清晰描述知识在高技术企业中的转化过程,对高技术企业的知识创新增值进行系统化研究,以期达到促进高技术企业快速发展的目的。本文的创新点是构建了高技术企业知识转化体系模型,并从知识转化主体、知识转化空间、知识转化过程三个维度的视角建立的高技术企业知识转化体系的完整动态模型。

【Abstract】 The high technology company, which is the symbolization of new economy, plays an important role in nowadays economy arena. As R&D densely company, technology ability based knowledge is the key ability of High Technology Company. Therefore, it requires more knowledge innovation that is fundamental origin of its competitive edge than traditional company. Knowledge innovation brings about knowledge transformation that is a new subject. So this paper focuses on the transformation of knowledge to analysis the management of high technology industry.This paper summarized the basic theory of knowledge management, the domestic and foreign research of knowledge transformation, lists content of knowledge transformation, the transformation’s main body, process, space and its model. After the sum-up of high technology industry’s character and core knowledge, the author concentrates on the knowledge transformation of R&D、 production and marketing, analysis the transformation of tacit knowledge and put forward handicap of tacit knowledge, set up the system of high technology industry’s knowledge transformation. Expound how the knowledge transformation’s main body—well-educated staff, its space—information field and its transfer procession accelerate the high technology industry’s knowledge transformation and innovate and increase the knowledge. As the transformation is a close and spiral uplifted dynamic process, every transformation is an innovation of knowledge and can provide the new momentum to the development of company. The author also established the high technology industry knowledge transfer model. The high technology company’s in construction of human resource management, the in-company culture, management of system was also be analyzed. And high-tech enterprise -the case analysis on huawei’s knowledge transformation has been carried.In this research the high technology industry was considered to be a knowledge innovation system, the author use dialectical and synthetically analysis to describe the knowledge transformation process in high technology industry and research the innovation of company’s knowledge. All these effort were aimed to accelerate the hightechnology industry’s development. The paper’s innovation is the creation of knowledge transformation system model about higher technology company, the establishment of high technology company knowledge transformation’s dynamic model which is integrity in the view of transformation’s main body, space and process.
