间歇反应釜先进控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 为了满足产品多样化的市场需要,批量或半批量过程工业得到了极大的重视和发展,使得批量过程的先进控制问题成为当前控制理论与控制工程领域的研究热点。而间歇化学反应器是高度非线性对象,包括了所有批量过程控制的难点,涵盖了顺序控制、逻辑控制、回路控制的所有控制概念。因此,开展以化学反应器为控制对象的“面向复杂工业过程集成与优化控制的应用环境建设与先进控制方法研究”,具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文针对辽宁省工业装备先进控制系统重点实验室间歇反应釜对象的工艺特点,设计了一套由工控机、PLC、工业控制网络等硬件构成的间歇反应过程先进控制系统,实现了非自衡动态矩阵控制方法在反应釜实验装置上的成功应用。在系统结构上采用分层控制的思想:基本控制级由S7-300PLC实现,操作管理级由运行在上位工控机中的RSView32实现。通过对上位机软件RSView32二次开发,实现了针对间歇反应釜的先进控制理论应用的可视化仿真;开发了动态矩阵先进控制软件包,并将其嵌入到RSView32的Visual Basic编辑器中,通过对反应釜温度控制的实际运行,证明了该算法的有效性;开发了集先进控制理论仿真研究与实际应用相结合的集成管理和实验研究平台,可以实现仿真,控制,算法验证,数据库管理,远程监控等功能,并可将反应釜与实验室中其它分散的四套综合自动化装置构成一个分布式监控系统。 本文所开发的系统,不仅能实现常规的控制策略,更重要的是开发了一个先进控制理论研究与科研开发的平台,为新的理论和控制算法提供了一个实际验证的环境。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the market needs for abundant products, batch and semi-batch process industries are developing fast, and the research for advanced control of batch process is becoming more and more popular. The batch reactor is high nonlinear process, includes all difficulties of batch process, involves the sequence control, logic control, loop control, etc. So it is very important to do research on the advanced control oriented complex industrial process integrated and optimize control application based on chemical reactor.According to the process characteristics of the reactor in the Liaoning Key Lab of Advanced Control Systems for Industry Equipments, this paper designs a reactor advanced control system consisting of IPC, PLC, industrial control network, with which the dynamic matrix control for integral system is successfully applied to the reactor. For this distributed control system, S7-300 PLC executes the basic control function, and IPC is the operator station running RSView32. With the redeveloping of the RSView32, the visual simulink of the advanced control theory is realized; the DMC algorithm sofware patch is embedded into RSView32 using VBA, and the experimental application to reactor temperature demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed results, meanwhile, an integrated management and experimental platform is developed, which not only can fulfill the advanced control theory simulink research and its practical application, but also can realize simulink, control, control algorithm verification, database management, remote supervisory control, in addition, it integrates the reator and other four distributed automatic experimental equipments into a distributed supervisory system.This distributed control system can not only execute the conventional control mode, but also develops a friendly platform for advanced control theory development and science research, which is a practical validating environment for new control theories.
