嵌入式边坡安全监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着32位嵌入式微处理器性能的不断提高和嵌入式实时操作系统不断成熟,各种各样的新型嵌入式系统设备在人民生活和工业控制等领域得到广泛应用,在土木水利工程安全监测领域也发挥越来越重要的作用。嵌入式边坡安全监控系统正是应这种实际工程需求而开发的,通过结合使用先进的TDR(时域反射)技术,发射电磁脉冲使其在同轴电缆的传播,当同轴电缆发生变形时,它的特性阻抗将发生变化,当测试脉冲遇到电缆的特性阻抗变化时,就会产生反射波。通过测量反射波信号的传播时间推出同轴电缆特性阻抗发生变化的位置,对反射信号振幅的分析,就可进一步推算电缆的状态等,最终达到边坡安全监测的目的。 本系统主要由TDR测试仪、嵌入式终端和PC机组成。嵌入式终端的处理器为Intel公司的PXA255处理器,采用Windows CE.net嵌入式操作系统。嵌入式终端和PC机通过以太网或RS232通讯,管理者通过它们可以进行实时数据查看或远程监测等。 本文以嵌入式终端设备为主体,全面阐述了系统的总体设计与实现。本文共分为5部分,在第一部分介绍项目背景,嵌入式系统的基本概念和特点;在第二部分详细讨论了电磁波在各种情况下的传播特性和理论计算模型;在第三部分阐述嵌入式终端的硬件设计,主要介绍了存储设备、通讯接口、人机交互等外围模块的硬件电路设计与实现。在第四部分介绍了Windows CE.net的设备驱动模型和开发移植过程,并详细讨论了操作系统的裁减,显示器、USB、键盘、串口等外围设备驱动程序的开发和Bootloader开发。在第五部分论述了应用程序的开发,包括数据采集模块,数据分析模块,数据通信模块和系统管理模块的功能和流程。本文最后对系统作了总结,并针对目前尚有的不足及未来的进一步应用与发展作了展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of 32-bit microprocessor and maturity in embedded real-time operating system environment, all kinds of new embedded devices has become extensively useful in our day to day life as well as industrial production. An embedded system, used for slope safety monitoring, is developed because of the real necessity of project. By gathering the usages of advanced TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) techniques, electronic pulse is generated and spreads in coaxial-cable. Its characteristic of resistance changes when the shape of coaxial-cable changes. So when the test pulse meets the characteristic resistance which has been changed, a reflecting wave is generated at that time. Then by measuring the time of spreading of reflecting wave, the position where the coaxial-cable characteristic resistance changes is known. Through analyzing the range of reflective wave, the state of the coaxial-cable can also be known and at last the goal of slope safety monitor is obtained.The system mainly consists of a TDR testing instrument, an embedded system terminal and a PC. The hardware core of the embedded terminal is the PXA255 processor of Intel company and the embedded operating system is Windows CE.net. The embedded system terminal and PC communicate by Ethernet or RS232. Using those tools, an administrator can query real-time data and monitor the embedded system terminal remotely.This paper introduces the whole design and implementation of the system, especially the embedded system terminal. There are 5 parts in this paper. In the first part the background of the project, where the basic concepts and characteristics of the embedded system are introduced. In the second part, electromagnetic wave is described under the various conditions of the characteristic and theories of computing model. In the third part, the hardware design of the embedded system including the design and implementation of the storage device, communication interface, man-machine interface is described. In the fourth part, the device-driver model of Windows CE.net operating system and the process of transplanting Windows CE.net are introduced. The main parts of this step are reduction of embedded operating system, bootloader development and driver development of LCD, USB, keyboard, UART etc. In the fifth part, application programming including function and flow chart of data sample module, data analysis module, data communication module and system management mpdule is elaborated. At last, the thesis has made a summary of the whole system, and put forward to future prospect and further use of the system.
