【摘要】 逆向物流研究是物流研究领域的新方向，随着各国政府对环境保护的重视和立法的不断完善，顾客环保意识的加强以及企业自身发展的需要，逆向物流开始受到企业的重视。作为“尚未挖掘的利润源泉”，逆向物流活动的有效管理成为各类企业长效发展、利润增长的重要手段。 本文在逆向物流管理的理论和实践的基础上，首先对逆向物流的研究与实践进行了分析。逆向物流活动的开展，无疑给企业提出了更高的要求，需要企业要投入大量的人力、物力、财力，而且企业自身在生产能力、技术力量、人员素质等方面存在的欠缺和不足可能也难以满足这种要求。和企业自身相比，第三方逆向物流企业有更强的专业性，它可以将企业的逆向物流业务规范化、集中化，减少运营风险，提高运作效率。 接下来以电子商务环境为背景，通过构建企业自营逆向物流的两个模型——零售业逆向物流模型和制造业逆向物流模型，对两类逆向物流的业务流程进行了论述。 第三，通过数学建模和求解对三类逆向物流回收模式进行分析。在对回收模型进行比较之后，构建了电子商务环境下的第三方逆向物流模型。之后对于第三方逆向物流环境下的网络模型进行了总结，并通过回收网点选址模型给出了逆向物流的回收点选址方法。 第四，在逆向物流系统发展需求的基础上，对逆向物流信息系统进行了系统规划和总体设计，对信息系统的功能和特征进行了分析说明，并提出信息系统的系统结构、数据库结构和功能模块。 最后，结合逆向物流及其信息系统的实施，从政策层面、实施层面和技术层面总结了逆向物流的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reverse Logistics is a new direction for research in the field of logistics. And as the continuous attachment of importance for the environmental protection and the constant perfection of legislation by governments, the enhancement of awareness for environmental protection from customers, and the needs to develop the enterprise itself, the attention begins to concentrate on reverse logistics. As an "untapped profit source," the effective management of reverse logistics activities becomes an important means for the long-term development and profit growth of enterprises.The first part of this paper analyzes the present research work and practice of reverse logistics, on the basis of the theory and practice for the management of reverse logistics. Undoubtedly, the development of reverse logistics activities has set higher requirements for enterprises, which demands the enterprises to put in a lot of manpower, material resources and financial support. Moreover, the usual shortages of enterprises as for their own capacity, technical resources and the quality of personnel may also make them difficult to meet the requirements. Compared with the enterprises themselves, the third-party reverse logistics enterprises are much more professional. They can implement the reverse logistics business standardization and concentration, reduce the operating risk, and improve the operational efficiency.Thea with the background of e-business environment, we discuss the business process of two types of self-constructed reverse logistics-by retailer and by manufacturer, by setting two models respectively.Third, we make analysis on the three types of typical recovery patterns by mathematical modeling and solving means. After comparing among the three patterns, we deduce the third-party reverse logistics model. Afterward, we summarize the network design model of the reverse logistics, and make out the recovery station location measure of the third-party reverse logistics by means of setting up the recovery station location model.Where after, on the basis of development needs for reverse logistics system, we set the system planning and design for reverse logistics information system, analyze and illustrate the functions and features of information system, and we also give the system architecture, database structure and function module of the information system.Finally, combined with the reverse logistics and its information system’s implementation, we work out the security measures from policy, implementation and technique aspects.更多还原
