工程图纸管理软件系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 中国中小型制造业的高速成长远远大于其他各国,这种快速的成长速度更显现出企业管理的滞后,中小型制造业一方面急需解决设计部门面临的实际问题,另一方面还要将信息化进程扩展到其他部门。其核心是如何进一步提高产品的设计质量和设计效率。其焦点就是,需要解决大量电子图纸的管理以及成熟设计经验和成功设计案例的复用率问题。工程图纸管理系统为解决上述中小制造业面临的实践问题提供了一套相对廉价和完整的手段和思路。 本论文的主要工作和研究成果如下: (1) 综合分析了目前工程图纸管理的现状及发展趋势,结合中小型制造业的特点给出了一套适合中小型制造业进行图纸设计、管理的方案。 (2) 介绍了当前设计工程图纸管理系统常用的系统构架和数据库,并结合中小型企业的特点,对比地分析了C/S(Client/Sever)与B/S(Browser/Sever)体系结构,以及数据库SQL与其它数据库的优缺点和适用范围,结合ADO技术最终定制客户端、服务器,中间采用ADO进行连接的三层C/S体系结构。采用VC++作为前端开发工具,SQL Server2000作为后台数据库支持。 (3) 实现工程图纸管理系统的总体设计及基本功能需求。例如:图纸上传、下载的流程设计及功能的实现,以及产品图纸的浏览、查询等管理功能的设计与实现。并增加了在线交流功能,解决企业的沟通及协同的问题,提高工作效率。此外,本系统还从用户的需求出发,按照美观、实用的标准,设计了易于用户操作的界面。 本系统已经在局域网上进行了测试,测试结果表明运行工作状态良好,证实该程序成功实现了以上功能,验证了工程图纸管理系统设计方法的可行性。 最后,总结了系统的不足之处,给出了下一步的开发和研究方向。
【Abstract】 The growth speed of Chinese small and medium-sized manufacturing is great faster than the others of the world and this rapid growth has exposed the problem of the lag on the management. The manufacturing face a fact that the design department must deal with their real problems in one aspect, on the other side, other departments’ information flow lag behind, although they make sure of the developing trend of information. The design department must concentrate on improving design efficiency and quality. Most important issue is how to reoccupy their mature design experiences and successful cases. The engineering drawing information management system has given a low-cost and integrated way on solving the problem of the small and medium-sized manufacturing.The primary work and study conclusion are as following:(1) Synthetically analyzes the actuality and the growing trend of the engineering drawing information management system. And combining the characters of small and medium-sized manufacturing, the dissertation offers a right way on designing and managing.(2) Introduces the presently fashionable technology on database and the system framework. Contrastively analyzing the character of framework C/S and B/S and the applying area of database SQL and others, the dissertation finally decides three layers C/S system framework with ADO: one side is service, another is client, and they are connected by ADO. Additionally, select VC++ as the developing tool and SQL as the database supply.(3) Finishes the whole designing and some basic functions. For example: uploading papers, downloading papers, browsing papers and looking up papers etc. By the way, the dissertation also designs the instant message function. With this function, the dissertation can solve the problem on communicating and cooperating. Besides, according to the factual requirement, the dissertation designs a beautiful, applied and easily operated user interface.The engineering drawing information management system has been tested on our LAN. It works well. The conclusion confirm the upward functions has came true and validate the designing method is feasible.In the end, the dissertation summarizes the deficiency of the system and gives some advices on the further studying.
