基于图像处理方法的衬垫刻制关键技术研究

【摘要】 计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)是近些年来工程技术领域中发展最迅速,最引人关注的一项技术,它在加速工程和产品的开发、缩短产品设计制造周期、提高产品质量、降低成本等方面发挥着重要作用。 本文对一套自主开发的基于数字图像处理方法的非金属类衬垫刻制系统辅助设计软件进行了研究,针对现有通用刻制机辅助设计软件中存在的信息录入过程繁琐的缺陷,提出了一些新的想法,并在软件开发中加以实现。 本文通过运用数字图像处理技术,设计了一套自动化的衬垫信息录入方案。该方案只需录入衬垫图像,即可自动转换为可用于切割的衬垫图形。文中重点研究了衬垫图像信息提取和衬垫图像的图形重构两个问题。在衬垫图像信息提取的研究中,根据衬垫图像的特点,设计了利用图像阈值分割、图像去噪、衬垫图像边缘分离与提取一系列操作实现提取衬垫图像边缘信息的算法。在衬垫图形重构的研究中,采用了B样条曲线拟合和数据库搜索匹配两种方法来实现衬垫图像的图形重构。 为应对一些特殊条件下的信息录入问题,本文还设计了基于人机交互方式,采用描图、画图等方法录入衬垫图形信息的方案。 对上述各算法,本文均进行了大量试验,结果表明,综合运用本文中提出的衬垫图像处理算法和衬垫图形重构算法能较好的实现衬垫信息的自动化录入,提高刻制系统的工作效率。

【Abstract】 Recent years, CAD( computer aided design) is one of the techniques which develop very fast in the field of engineering. This paper develops a CAD software which aim at advancing the efficiency of the cutting system. The input part of CAD software of engraving system is always the problem. Faced with the character of Non-metallic gasket, this paper introduce the technique of digital image processing into the input part of software of the cutting system, the technique enhance the automation of the cutting system and convenience of the operation.Techniques of image segmentation, edge extraction, edge searching are introduced into the processing of the gasket image to get the edges information. Through the techniques of curve fit and image matching based on gasket database to get the reconfiguration of gasket image, it simples the input of gasket graphics.This software establishes a complete gasket database which contains most of common military equipment gaskets and provides several methods for searching.A hand drawing mode based on human-computer interaction is designed to deal with the special environment in which the image of gasket is too hard to get. Some functions which help user to draw graphics are added too, for example, the modifying of the image contrast. The database also save some finished graphics as the draft of drawing, providing more convenience to users.This paper makes a lot of experiments on the algorithm. The results show that taking use of the digital image processing and graphic reconfiguration technique together can enhance the automation of system input effectively.
