港口生产系统方案设计仿真研究

【摘要】 集装箱码头营运系统是一个涉及到集装箱码头管理的一个完整解决方案。涵盖了码头生产经营、组织实施的整个过程。本论文建立的系统仿真模型,充分考虑了各种随机因素的影响,通过对港口作业生产系统进行流程化建模,使得船舶随机到港、靠泊、装卸桥装卸、水平搬运、堆场作业等影响港口生产系统的因素变得清晰可见,通过模拟在不同因素水平下港口营运绩效,使得港口管理当局能够及时对当前的营运系统做出相应的调整,该系统能够比较客观真实的反映了港口实际生产状况,具有一定的理论和实用价值。 本文所述的模拟模型不仅可以应用于生产系统的优化管理,还可以用于港口码头规模和堆场规模规划,以及对装卸设备进行合理的选择和调度,和对整个港口通过能力分析、港口吞吐量预测,港口营运系统成本计算等。 首先,在明确论文的目的后,确定仿真边界。论文的目的是通过模拟港口在不同的吞吐量水平下,港口生产作业系统设备应该如何配置才能使港口营运系统的服务水平最大化。论文边界从船舶随机到港、等候、靠泊、卸船作业直到集装箱全部卸到堆场、船舶离港、下一艘船靠泊这样一个往复循环的过程。 然后,将仿真对象概念化。结合实际的港口码头营运系统的几个主要功能,分别将各个模拟对象概念化(即通过仿真模块来代表现实系统中的实体)。论文根据港口码头营运系统模型的特点分别对船舶随机到港模型、靠泊作业模型、水平及堆场作业等模型进行了概念化处理,在船舶随机到港模型中提出了多控制因素的船舶随机到港模拟方法:在靠泊模型中建立了根据船舶长度不一样的泊位选择方式,在卸船作业模型中建立了依据船型(长度、卸货量)选择作业线数量(e. g. Select DE out),同时还形象的模拟了装卸桥的定期与不定期检修问题对模拟结果的影响(Machine Delay Attribute,shift),水平搬运模型中采用模拟了每条作业线配备的集卡数(e. g. Queue resource、release resource、Gate)以及同时可以通行的最大集卡数(rout delay),还有集卡从码头前沿搬运至堆场的时间;在堆场作业模型中模拟了龙门吊将集装箱从集卡上吊下的过程(e. g. Activity Multiple Delay)。最后是集装箱在堆场堆放一段时间后出堆场的模型(e. g. 【Abstract】 It’s a complete solving method for container terminal operation system to manage port .It involves the whole process of port production and implement, system simulation model of The paper has taken a full consideration of various random factors, By establishing flowchart of the simulation model of the port operation management system It makes the random arrival of container vessel 、 berthing、 discharging container aclinic carriage and stack handling explicit By running the model on different factor levels, the organization of port management could make a corresponding adjustment according to the results of the simulation It can truly present the working conditions of the port.
