港口物流装备多网互联技术的研究

【摘要】 全文以“港口集装箱物流信息平台关键技术”课题为背景,研究港口物流装备信息化异构网络的互联技术,以面向组件的思想为基础构建软环境下实时信息透明化传输、网间全程共享方案。 根据港口现代化、信息化、数字化的发展要求,将物流装备的管理控制体系分成三级共享网络:控制网络、管理网络和决策网络。全文围绕这三级网络展开,提出一套自下而上、层层递进的信息集成和共享方案。控制网络互联部分选用基于COM组件的OPC技术作为通信桥,主要研究OPC数据访问服务器的开发,通过标准的OPC服务器实时数据接口,屏蔽各种硬件驱动与数据访问方式的异构性,完成控制网络与物流装备的实时通讯,生成人机界面及管理数据接口。控制与管理网络之间以实时数据库为中间过渡层进行连接,实现现场数据采集与备份的统一。管理网络互联部分选用基于中间件技术的多层构架模型,各层次、各模块的设计遵循重用性、封装性、标准化以及松耦合的原则,是综合利用实时数据信息构建管理应用体系的基础实践。决策层网络互联部分选择基于EAI的应用集成整合技术,进行不同应用系统之间数据的整合、应用的集成、业务流程的集成.。基于Web的数据传输采用Web Services解决方案,实现Internet级的应用整合。 控制网络互联部分是本文的研究重点,全文描述了从底层通讯数据准备、数据交换中间件——OPC服务器的开发、到上位机人机界面及管理实时数据库的整个开发设计过程。OPC服务器的开发是数据采集与传输的核心,本文选用Microsoft VisualC++6.0作为基本开发语言,标准接口部分采用ATL应用程序向导进行COM组件程序的开发,硬件通信部分采用Microsoft Visual C++面向对象的编程思想编写底层通讯程序和基本界面。管理决策层网络互联是选择业界比较流行的技术,经过充分的研究分析提出的一种系统互联实施框架,是一种控制向管理层过渡、Web级数据共享的实现构想,具有一定的可实施性。整个研究过程均采用软件方法进行信息孤岛的互联互通,应用简单、方便,并且稳定、可靠,同时具有一定的可扩展性。 全文的研究对于港口现场数据无障碍、实时、高效的传输与共享以及港口物流信息化平台的搭建具有重要的现实意义,是自动化与信息化的有机融合,也是管理与控制思想的高度统一,是港口信息化发展的必经之路与必然选择。

【Abstract】 Regarding the "Container Port Logistics Information Platform Key Technologies" subject as background, this thesis researches the connection of the isomerous network of port logistics equipment information. Based on the technologies of components oriented, it putsforward a scheme of real-time information transparent transmission in soft environment, and the entire network-sharings.According to the developing requirement of port modernization, information and digitalization, the system of logistics equipment control and management was divided into three tiers from the bottom : the control net, the management net and the decision-making net, which consist the key center of the whole text, putting forward a sharing scheme of the three tiers of network. By using OPC technology based on the Component Object Model (COM)as a communication bridge, the control net part mainly researches the development of OPC data access server. And by means of standard OPC server real-time data interface, this part not only shields the isomerization of various ways of hardware driving and data accessing but also completes the real-time communications of control net and logistics equipment while builting the human-machine interface and the date access, by. Between the control net and management net there is a real-time database as the transitional tier which is used for realizing the unification of spot data collections and backup copies. The management netperforms as the basic practice of the application system which makes advantage of real-time information comprehensively. It selects multilayer models which are based on the middleware technology. The design of each model complies with the principle of reuse, encapsulation, standardization and weak coupling. The decision-making net chooses the application integration technology based on EAI to integrate different datas, applications and procedures of different system. And by using Web Services solutions based on data transmission, this part is able to achieve the integration of Internet-class applications.This paper focuses on the control net part and describes the entire design and
