市场随机情况下集装箱班轮航线优化研究

【摘要】 集装箱运输自诞生之日起,已走过50年的历程。50年来,集装箱运输模式与概念发生了翻天覆地的变化,集装箱运输系统、制度与配套设施早被班轮公司发挥的淋漓尽致,令人眼花缭乱。 集装箱运输市场常常受到世界政治经济贸易环境、政策法规的改变、港口码头设施建设等因素的影响,这些影响因素常常具有突发性、不可预见性的特点,共同对集装箱运输市场产生随机或非随机的影响,这给班轮运输企业船舶调度和航线优化增加了风险和困难。 因此,在市场机制条件下,各大班轮公司如何把船舶安排到最佳航线上,使有限的船舶资源创造最大的经济效益,成为各大公司、高校研究的课题。本文主要针对随机市场条件下,如何进行航线优化展开初步探讨和研究,希望能对班轮运输企业航线优化有所帮助。本文内容结构如下: 第一章,绪论。介绍国内外关于航线优化的有关文章内容,讨论建立市场随机情况下集装箱班轮航线优化的可行性和必要性;第二章,集装箱班轮运输市场分析。通过对集装箱班轮运输市场供需分析,得出集装箱班轮运输市场的随机性特点,并分析了市场随机性对集装箱班轮航线优化的影响;第三章,随机规划理论概述,简要介绍随机机会约束的有关知识,并根据机会约束有关理论知识,分析了如何求解市场随机情况下航线优化问题;第四章,建立集装箱班轮网络随机规划模型;第五章,以一个实际的算例来验证网络随机规划模型的正确性,并与运量确定情况下模型结果进行分析比较,得出该模型的优越性和适用性;最后,第六章,结论部分。给出本文的结论及今后的研究方向和有待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 It has been fifty years since the naissance date of Container Transport whose mode and concept also have taken tremendous changes. And the effect of the system and supporting facilities of the Container Transport call into incisively and vividly play Container Transport market often affected by world politic events, economic fluctuation, port & dock conditions and so on. So the infection is with the paroxysmal unpredictable characteristic, so many indeterminate factors affect the Container Transport market at random or uncertainty.This dissertation mainly researches how to optimize the container shipping routes in the stochastic market. It includes the following chapters:Chapter 1 introduces the background and value of the research, the current research situation both at home and abroad, and the structure of this dissertation.Chapter 2 analyzes the Container transport market; it mainly analyses the supplyand demand of Container Transport market, we get a conclusion that the container shipping market is stochastic, at last we analyze the affection to container shipping route optimization.Chapter 3 introduces Stochastic Programming theory and converts the cargo quantity constraint into deterministic constraint basis on the theory.Chapter 4 we set up a mathematical model of container liner shipping network Stochastic Programming based on some model hypothesis, and in Chapter 5, we give a good example of this model and analysis with certain situation.Chapter 6, a general conclusion of the dissertation reaches is given, along with the direction of further researches in this topic.
