高速精密压力机动态特性分析

【摘要】 随着压力机向高速度、高精度方向发展,由此带来的振动问题成为需要迫切解决的重要课题之一,本文主要针对这一问题进行以下几个方面的研究。 首先,应用Pro/MECHANICA Motion建立了压力机曲柄滑块机构的多刚体动力学模型,对该机构进行了运动学和动力学仿真分析,并通过空气弹簧来平衡曲柄滑块机构的惯性力,提高滑块的工作平稳性。这也为下面压力机组合结构的静力学分析提供了参考依据。 其次,利用ANSYS软件建立了压力机的主要零部件床身、底座和工作台的有限元模型,利用有限元法对主要零部件进行自由模态分析。在确定机床结合部的等效动力学参数后,利用ANSYS中的线性弹簧-阻尼单元建立了组合结构的有限元模型,并对其进行自由模态分析和约束模态分析。 再次,对整机进行了模态试验,对测得的数据进行模态参数识别。然后将有限元理论计算的结果和模态试验的结果进行了对比分析,结果表明了有限元模型的正确性。 最后,通过主要零部件的局部结构变化对结构特性的影响分析,提出了较好的改进方案。在上面仿真分析的基础上,对改进后的组合结构模型进行了静力学分析,保证整机的强度和刚度满足要求。
【Abstract】 With the development of high-speed precision press, its vibration is becoming one of the important questions to resolve. On this problem, the following aspects have been studied in this thesis.Firstly, the multi-body dynamics model of the crank and slider mechanism was built up. The kinetic and dynamic simulation analysis was studied using Pro/MECHANICA Motion. The inertia force was balanced by air spring, which could enhance the stability of the slider. These made basis for the static analysis of the combined frame.Secondly, the finite element models of the airframe, base and workbench, which were the main parts of the press, were built up. And based on the modal analysis theory and FEM technology, the free modal analysis of the main parts was studied. The equivalent dynamic characteristics parameters of bolt joints were researched, and the finite element model of the combined frame was built up using the linear spring-damper elements. Then the free modal analysis and the constrained modal analysis were studied.Thirdly, the modal parameters of the press were identified according to the results of the modal test. These were compared with the results of the finite element modal analysis, and the correctness of the finite element model of the combined frame was confirmed.Lastly, based on the results of affection analysis after changing the part parameters, the better project was suggested. The static analysis of the modified combined frame was studied, and the analysis results also met the need of the intensity and stiffness.
