气固悬浮流过滤浓缩技术的研究

【摘要】 本课题研究旨在对烟气进行预处理,即借助飞灰浓缩装置将一部分气体(其含尘浓度满足国家排放标准)从烟气中分离出来并直接排放,从而降低电除尘器的处理量,提高除尘效率,使其排放能够达到国家标准。本课题采用悬浮流过滤浓缩技术,以聚四氟乙烯覆膜滤料作为研究对象。聚四氟乙烯覆膜滤料是一种多微孔、极其光滑、又憎水的聚四氟乙烯过滤膜与不同基材(如针刺毡或编织物)复合而成的过滤材料。本文对聚四氟乙烯覆膜滤料的阻力特性进行全面的分析评价,研究了在纯气流和含尘气流条件下“过滤速度-过滤阻力”的特性关系,在理论上对其进行了初步的探讨,建立运行阻力的数学模型,然后通过实验对上述模型进行实验验证,其结果基本相吻合。
【Abstract】 This topic research aim to pretreatment the flue gas, namely, in virtue of the fly ash inspissation equipment to separate one part of gas (its concentration of the dust contented national emmision standard) from the flue gas and release directly, Lower the handing capacity of the electrostatic precipitators, raise the dust efficiency, making it can attain the national standard. This topic adopt suspension flow filtration concentration technique, PTFE membrane filter material is the research object. PTFE membrane filter material is one kind of filter media ,which is far more tiny opening、very glossy、detest water PTFE filter membrane together composite with distinct foundation materials(such as the needle felt and textile fabric). This paper carries on an overall analytical evaluation to the resistance characteristic of PTFE membrane filter media, studying the relationship of”filtration velocity-filtration resistance”under the condition of the pure air current and the dust air current, In the abstract, make the preliminary discuss, establish the mathematics model of circulated resistance, then through the experiment to verify the above-mentioned model, it fits together mutually as a result.
