电厂燃煤过程中砷的迁移转化及控制技术

【摘要】 煤燃烧过程中微量砷的排放对环境会产生危害。本文系统地就我国煤中砷的分布与赋存特性,燃烧过程中砷化物生成的机理、析出特性、转化规律,砷污染治理技术等一系列问题进行研究,采用理论与模拟研究的方法,得出了砷在不同的炉内温度下有不同的稳定形式,煤中的砷在燃烧过程中大部分都可释放出来,释放出来的大多数砷被细飞灰俘获,很少一部分排入大气中。提高除尘效率在脱除元素砷和离子砷方面有很大的潜力,烟气脱硫系统的温度相对比较低,利于元素砷的氧化和二价砷的吸收,因此燃煤电厂砷污染的控制应着眼于除尘和脱硫系统的优化配置方面。
【Abstract】 The environment can be polluted by trace arsenic in coal combustion. The distribution, and mode of occurrence in the coal, the produced mechanism, characteristic of separated out and rule of transform of arsenic are studied in this paper. The method of theory and simulation are adopted. Different forms of arsenic are existed at different temperature. The study on the distribution of arsenic in coal burnt products has shown that arsenic is dispersed in bottom ash, but enriched in fly ash, particularly on the surface of small fly ash grains, little discharged into air. It has much potential of reduce arsenic pollution that enhancing the dust removal efficiency. The temperature in desulphurization system relative is quite low and this is favor for the arsenic absorption. The arsenic pollution control of coal-burnt power plant should focus on the optimized disposition of dust removal and desulphurization.
