密封深沟球轴承三维CAD系统研究与开发

【摘要】 本文研究了密封深沟球轴承三维CAD系统开发中的关键技术,主要包括参数化设计技术、Pro/ENGINEER二次开发技术、数据库技术和密封深沟球轴承优化设计理论等。在此基础上针对密封深沟球轴承提出了基于约束的三维特征参数化设计方法;建立了密封深沟球轴承优化设计的数学模型;开发了密封深沟球轴承三维CAD系统。在系统的开发过程中,综合研究了密封深沟球轴承优化设计的数学模型,密封深沟球轴承数据库的数据结构,密封深沟球轴承三维零件模型及其装配模型的建模和参数化设计技术,VisualC++与Pro/ENGINEER以及VisualC++与SQLServer2000之间的接口技术,Pro/TOOLKIT与参数化设计程序之间的参数传递技术,工程图模板的创建,工程图符号库的创建,工程图的自动生成技术等问题。开发的密封深沟球轴承三维CAD系统,可以根据用户输入或选择的设计参数,自动查找或计算出密封深沟球轴承的全部设计参数,生成密封深沟球轴承零件以及装配体的三维模型、二维工程图、密封深沟球轴承设计文件。本文还对影响密封深沟球轴承密封性能的因素进行了分析,并通过试验验证,优化设计后的密封深沟球轴承密封性能有较大提高。
【Abstract】 This paper makes a comprehensive research on key technologies in development of 3-D CAD of sealed deep groove ball bearing, which are mainly in respect of parametric design, Pro/ENGINEER further development, database and the theory of optimum design. Based on the research, a method of parametric design is proposed for sealed deep groove ball bearing, and mathematic model of the optimum design is established. As a result, the 3-D CAD of sealed deep groove ball bearing is developed.Many key points have been fully discussed in the process of sealed deep groove ball bearing system development, which mainly includes the mathematic model, data structure, 3-D parts model, modeling of assemble model and parametric design; the interface technology between Visual C++ and Pro/ENGINEER, Visual C++ and SQL Server 2000; data transmitting technology between Pro/TOOLKIT and parametric design procedures; establishment of template and symbolic library, and the automatically created technology for 2-D engineering drawing.According to the design parameters inputted or selected, the system can be used to automatically search or calculate all design parameters of sealed deep groove ball bearing, and generate or self-generate the parts of sealed deep groove ball bearing, 3-D model of its assembly body, 2-D engineering drawing and design document.
