三维机织间隔复合材料的开发和性能结构的研究

【摘要】 考虑到间隔复合材料能够大大减少材料的重量,机织物中纱线的排布比较匀直,有利于纤维潜能的充分发挥,而且机织能够适合玻璃纤维的编织。在本论文我们根据间隔织物的结构特点给出了用机织方式生产间隔织物的方法,利用引纬顺序图绘制上机图,并且给出了多层织物的上机图,纹版图。给出了详细探讨了在剑杆织机上织制三维机织间隔织物的原理。在传统的剑杆织机进行改造,用八页综框控制不同的层的经纱,其中两页综框控制间隔层经纱,并且主动摩擦传动的方法进行定长送经,剩下的每三个综框分别控制表面层经纱,采取定张力送经的方式。采用手糊工艺对三维机织间隔织物复合树脂。以三维机织间隔复合材料的几何结构和间隔纱线形态为研究基础,建立起分析三维机织复合材料结构和性能的本构关系模型,包括压缩模型,并采用复合法则计算复合材料的密度、体积分数及模量等工程常数。对于材料的隔热性能,考虑间隔材料的热传导和辐射过程,用不同层的热阻的并串联来衡量材料的热学性能的优劣。把多目标模糊优选模型应用于复合材料综合性能的评价。通过合理地选择指标并进行分级分层,然后根据一定的规则进行计算,为复合材料的性能和结构的优选提供定量化的依据。
【Abstract】 Taking into account the spacing composites can significantly reduce the weight of materials, the straight layers of the fibre in the woven fabric is useful to exploit the potential of fibre and woven technology can fit for weaving the glass fibre. In this paper according to the structure of woven sandwiches we provide the way to manufacture the three-dimensional woven sandwiches fabric with loom, it is utilized to recommend by guiding latitude order weave method to draw operating picture. Provide the multi-layer fabric operating picture and drawing picture. Have provided and probed into the principle the three-dimension weaving sandwiches fabric by the sword loom in detail . We carry on the transformation in the traditional sword loom, and control the transfer of warps in different layers with eight reeds, among which two reeds control core layer warp’s transfer in the way of active rub transmission warp with definite length method, the every three reeds in the left ones control supper and lower surface layer warp’s transfer separately with definite tension taken. At last we adopt handle paste shaping craft knit to compound resin to the three-dimensional woven sandwiches fabric. Based on the geometry structure of the three-dimensional woven sandwiches fabric ,we analysis and set up the model to predict the relation of performance and structure, including performance of compress, shear, yarn shape and insulate against heat. We also adopt the rule of compounding to calculate the project constants such as the density , intensity and mould amount of the composite ,etc.. Consider the heat-conduction and radiation of the sandwiches material, use contact and parallel connect of the thermal resistance to value the quality of the calorifics performance of the material. Applying multi-goal fuzzy optimum seeking model to composite appraisal of performance comprehensively. Through feasible index choice and divide layer in grades reasonable ,then we carry the calculation according to some rule. All of these offer the ration basis for optimum seeking to the performance and structure of the composite .
