【摘要】 改革开放以来我国农业和农村经济有了巨大的发展，但是与此同时，农业和农村经济也出现了一些问题，如中国城乡收入差距日渐扩大、农村劳动力严重过剩、农民增收困难等问题突出，所有这些问题的症结在于我国传统体制下形成的畸形就业结构。大量农村劳动力的存在是一个不容忽视的事实，历来被认为是制约“三农”问题解决的瓶颈。目前，无论是理论界还是各级政府，都倾向于通过转移农村劳动力来解决“三农”问题。而如何促进农村劳动力向城市转移，乃至实现农民的市民化成为解决问题的关键。 本文共分6章，具体的研究内容包括：第一章，导言。介绍选题背景、理论与实际意义，国内外研究动态及研究的思路和方法，为后文进行农村劳动力转移与城市化问题的深入探讨奠定理论基础；第二章，湖北省农村劳动力转移的现状与作用。介绍了劳动力转移的相关概念，回顾了湖北省劳动力转移的演进历史、转移模式、特征，估算出了湖北省农村剩余劳动力的数量以及滞留的经济代价；第三章，农村劳动力转移的影响因素分析。在对荆州、洪湖和武汉市三地实地调查的基础上对劳动力转移的成本收益进行分析，构建起对农村劳动力转移的成本收益分析的理论框架，从宏微观角度引出了对湖北农村劳动力转移的影响因素的定性和定量分析；第四章，农村劳动力转移与城市化。对湖北省的城市化现状、城市化与劳动力转移的相关关系进行分析，探讨了城市化对湖北省经济发展的促进作用，湖北通过城市化解决劳动力转移的优势，并运用计量分析对劳动力向城市转移的潜力进行了分析；第五章，制约湖北城市化的因素分析。具体分析了湖北省城市化的发展特征以及制约湖北城市化进程的主要因素；第六章，农村劳动力转移与城市化进程协调发展的对策。根据前述分析，结合当前迫切需要解决的实际问题，为推进城市化进程中的湖北省农村劳动力转移提供相应的改革设想和政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening-up, our country has got enormous development in agriculture and rural economy, but at the same time some problems have appeared in both agriculture and rural economy, for instance, the income gap between urban and rural areas in China is expanding day by day, agricultural labor force is surplus seriously, the income of peasants is hard to increase, the cruxes of all these problems are attributed to the odd-shaped employment structure formed under the traditional system of our country. The fact which can’t be ignored is that there is a lot of rural labor force, which is considered to be the bottleneck of solving the "three agricultural problems". At present, theorists and governments at all levels tend to solve the "three agricultural problems" through the transfer of rural labor force. How to promote the transfer of rural labor force and realize peasants’ citizens have become the key point of solving the issue.This paper consists of 6 chapters, which includes: Chapter one is the introduction. It introduces the background, theories, significance, the research at home and abroad, the research method which establish the theoretical foundation for the thoroughly following research on rural labor force and urbanization; Chapter two is on the current condition and function of transferring labor force in Hubei Province. It introduces the relevant concepts of labor force transfer and reviews the history, the mode and characteristics of labor force transfer in Hubei Province to estimate the quantities of rural surplus labor in Hubei Province; Chapter three is on analysis of factors influencing the rural labor force transfer. It analyzes the cost and profit of labor force transfer on the basis of the fact-finding survey of Jing Zhou , Honghu and Wuhan and builds up the theoretic frame for cost-effective analysis of the rural labor transfer; the quantitative analysis of factors influencing the rural labor force transfer is based on analyzing the condition and existing problems; Chapter four is on the rural labor force transfer and urbanization. It analyzes the urbanization in Hubei Province at present and the relevant relation between urbanization and the rural labor force transfer, probes into the facilitation of urbanization for the economic development of Hubei Province and the advantage of transferring the rural labor force through urbanization in Hubei, and analyzes the potentiality of the rural labor force transfer by quantitative analysis; Chapter five is on the analysis of factors restricting the urbanization of Hubei Province.
