多元胺型苯并噁嗪的合成及其在印制线路板中的应用研究

【摘要】 苯并噁嗪是一种由酚类化合物、甲醛和伯胺经缩合反应得到的化合物,在加热或路易斯酸的作用下发生开环聚合,形成结构上类似于酚醛树脂的固化产物。苯并噁嗪的固化物除了具有酚醛树脂优良的耐热性能、力学性能和阻燃性能,而且在固化过程中体积变化率极小、无小分子放出,同时具有好的分子设计性。因此,苯并噁嗪在印制线路板、电子封装、耐烧蚀材料等领域具有广阔的市场和应用前景。 本文以甲醛、苯酚、苯胺、三聚氰胺和MDA60等为原料,分别合成了MDA60型苯并噁嗪、含三氰环型苯并噁嗪和苯胺—甲醛型苯并噁嗪等三种多元胺型苯并噁嗪,并将MDA60型苯并噁嗪与环氧树脂、无机阻燃剂(氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁)进行复配。采用FTIR、H-NMR、DSC、TGA等对上述多元胺型苯并噁嗪及其复合树脂进行了结构表征和性能研究。 测试结果表明,三种苯并噁嗪的红外谱图分别在938cm-1、945cm-1和942cm-1处出现了噁嗪环的特征吸收峰,含三氰环型苯并噁嗪的H-NMR谱图分别在5.44ppm和4.65ppm处一对吸收峰,分别对应于噁嗪环O-CH2-N的亚甲基质子的吸收峰和噁嗪环中Ar-CH2-N的亚甲基质子的吸收峰。DSC测试结果表明,MDA-60苯并噁嗪树脂固化反应的起始反应温度(Tonset)为204.7℃,放热峰值温度为219℃,固化反应焓为282.7J/g。在MDA-60型苯并噁嗪/环氧树

【Abstract】 Benzoxazine can be synthesized via the reaction of phenol, formaldehyde, and primary amine. Opening ring polymerization takes place when benzoxazine is treated by heating or catalyst such as Lewis acid, then polybenzoxazine whose structure is similar to phenol resins is formed. Polybenzoxazine has good comprehensive performances, for example, heat resistance, mechanic property, flame resistance, flexibility of molecular design, and so on. Besides, polybenzoxazine has zero-shrinkage and do not release any volatile chemical during curing. So benzoxazine has promising prospect in the area of printed circuit board (PCB) and electric packing material.Three kind of various polyamine benzoxazine ,MDA60-BOZ, PM-BOZ and PN-BOZ are prepared from formaldehyde, phenol, aniline and melamine while PM is synthesized through the reaction between melamine, formaldehyde and phenol, and PN is synthesized by rearrangement reaction of condensation between formaldehyde and aniline at 90-95℃. The structural characterization of products of polyamine benzoxazine and composite resin of MDA60-BOZ/epoxy resins is analyzed by FTIR, 1H-NMR.. The properties of the cured resins are investigated by means of DSC, TGA and DMA.The FTIR spectrum of MDA60-BOZ exhibits absorption at 938cm-1, PM-BOZ at 945cm-1and PN-BOZ at 942cm-1,which represent absorption of stretching vibration of benzoxazine ring. The shift and splitting pattern of 1H-NMR spectrum of PM-BOZ is 5.44ppm and 4.65ppm, which represent absorption of O-CH2-N and
