软质聚氯乙烯发泡材料的研究

【摘要】 本论文以研制超轻、价格低廉和性能优异的聚氯乙烯(PVC)发泡鞋底为出发点,加入粉末丁腈橡胶(NBR)改性,用化学发泡一步法模压成型软质PVC发泡材料。讨论了主要助剂用量对发泡材料性能和泡孔结构的影响。在确定主要助剂最佳用量的基础上,探讨了泡孔成核剂种类、用量对发泡材料性能的影响,并对不同成核剂制得的材料泡孔结构进行了观察和分析。对发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)进行改性分析,讨论了各种复合发泡剂对发泡材料性能和泡孔结构的影响,并对不同复合发泡剂获得的材料性能和泡孔结构进行比较。取得了以下一些成果: 1.对软质PVC发泡材料中主要助剂用量的研究表明:当PVC 100份(质量分数,下同),NBR 40份,AC 4份,DCP 0.2份,柠檬酸(L)0.2份,ACR-40111份时,发泡材料密度达到0.359g/cm3,材料的性能优异,基本满足了软质PVC发泡材料的使用要求。 2.在确定实验基本配方的基础上,讨论了四种泡孔成核剂二氧化钛(TiO2)、微细重质碳酸钙(G-CaCO3)、纳米级碳酸钙(N-CaCO3)和滑石粉对软质PVC发泡材料性能和泡孔结构的影响,结果表明:TiO2、G-CaCO3、N-CaCO3均能有效降低材料的密度,而滑石粉增大了材料的密度,不宜作该材料的成核剂。N-CaCO3用量为1份,TiO2用量为2份,G-CaCO3用量为2份时,获得的发泡材料密度较小,性能优异。粒径较小的成核剂能更有效改善材料泡孔结构、减小材料密度。对该体系发泡材料来说,宜选用粒径小的无机填料N-CaCO3作为成核剂。 3.在前期实验工作的基础上,讨论了改性AC对软质PVC发泡材料的影响。

【Abstract】 The paper was to develop poly(vinyl-chloride) super-light, cheap and superior foaming sole material. PVC foaming material was modified by NBR(nitrile rubber) and made by the compression molding of one-step chemical foaming, and effects of assistants content on property and bubble structure of foaming material were investigated in the paper. On the base of basic formula, it discussed effects of kinds and content of bubble nucleators on property of foaming materials, and observed and analyzed bubble structure of foaming materials made by different nucleators. It analyzed modification about blowing agent AC and discussed effects of various compound blowing agents on foaming material, and also made comparison in property and bubble structure by different blowing agents. The main works and conclusions were listed as following:1. Main assistants content in foaming material were studied. The result showed that when PVC, NBR, AC, DCP, L, ACR-401 were added 100,40,4, 0.2, 0.2, 11 phr, property of foaming material was superior and density was low namely 0.359/cm3 , which basically met requirements of use of soft PVC foaming material.2. On the base of basic formula, effects of four kinds of bubble nucleators TiO2, G-CaCO3, N-CaCO3 and talc powder on property and bubble structure of foaming materials. The result showed that TiO2, G-CaCO3, N-CaCO3 effectively reduced material density, but talc powder increased it which was unsuitable as a nucleator. When TiO2, G-CaCO3, N-CaCO3 were added 2, 2, 1 phr, density of material made by them was small and property was well. Smaller particle size of nucleators improved property and reduced density more effectively; for the foaming system, smaller particle size N-CaCO3 is best used as a nucleator.3.
