基于VXI虚拟仪器总线的内弹道测试系统的实现

【摘要】 内弹道学是研究射击过程中弹丸在膛内运动阶段所产生的各种现象的学科。枪膛压力和弹丸初速度是衡量武器性能的重要指标,同时也是内弹道学所要研究的重要技术指标参数。弹道测试中要求大量复杂的数据处理和换算,目前国内使用的大部分内弹道测试系统存在不少缺点,如效率低、可靠性差、交互能力不强等。尤其是近年来内弹道实验越来越复杂,对测试系统各项性能指标提出了更高的要求,传统的测试系统已经不能满足内弹道实验的要求。本课题来源于中国兵器工业集团某研究所的内弹道测试项目。根据测试要求,本文利用内弹道学原理,结合现代测试技术以及计算机技术等前沿科技,提出了基于VXI虚拟仪器总线的内弹道测试系统的解决方案。VXI总线技术是VME总线在测量仪器领域的扩展,它不仅继承了GPIB智能仪器和VME总线的特点,同时它还具有可靠性高、数据传输率高、组建灵活等优点,VXIbus已成为仪器总线系统和自动测试系统的优秀平台。虚拟仪器是现代计算机技术、通信技术和测量技术相结合的产物,其基本思想就是在测试系统或仪器设计中尽可能地用软件代替硬件。数据的高速采集和内弹道测试专用测试软件的设计是两个关键的问题。本文设计的测试系统将VXI总线、FPGA、虚拟仪器等一系列技术紧密结合起来,同时还使用了Quartus II、CadencePSD、Prote199SE、LabWindows/CVI等优秀的开发工具。
【Abstract】 Interior ballistics is the study of the passage of the bullet within the gun barrel. There is no denying the fact that initial velocity and chamber pressure are important parameters to interior ballistics which greatly effect weapon performance. The interior ballistics test includes a lot of data calculation and processing. According to modern test requirement, it is impossible mission to traditional way because of great disadvantages, such as low reliability, poor efficiency and unfriendly user interface and so on. Especially, the experiment of interior ballistics has got more complex for recent years, the new demands of the system are put forward, so the new requirements can’t be carried out with traditional way.The task comes from a graduate school of China North Industries Group Corporation. According to test requirement, an interior ballistics test scheme of design and implement based on VXIbus high speed data acquisition module and virtual instruments development platform are brought forward. VXIbus (VMEbus Extension for Instrumentation)is a standard bus. It not only inherits the characteristic of GPIB instruments and VMEbus, but also possesses lots of outstanding advantages, such as high reliability, high speed, mass data throughput, modularization, flexible integration.
