【摘要】 人际间的交流往往是通过两种方式进行的：语言和非语言。前者固然是很重要的形式，后者的作用也不可忽视，因为非语言对语言起着重要的辅助作用。如人们在交际的时候，除发出有声语言之外，还常常伴有体态语，副语言，客体语，环境语等非语言。体态语是非语言交际的主要方式，因文化不同而不同，使用非常广泛。在某些场合，尤其是当难以用语言进行交流时，人们别无选择，唯有依附于体态语这一非语言交际手段，因此，体态语交际的作用不可忽视。美国人类学家伯德斯特尔认为至少65％的交际信息是由非语言传递的。 体态语交际因文化而异，不同文化中的体态语虽有很大的不同，但是随着社会与时代的发展，不同民族之间的交往日益密切，跨文化交流对人们来说不再陌生。与此同时，不同的体态语行为在不同的文化背景下所表示的内含不尽相同，跨文化交际中的体态语交际的冲突也日益显露，由此也就导致了越来越多的学者对跨文化交际体态语行为的重视与研究。 本文从体态语在跨文化交际中的重要性出发，对跨文化交际中的体态语行为用文化的普遍性与相对性进行分析，旨在了解不同文化下不同的体态语行为，从而正确处理体态语交际中的文化冲突，成功地进行跨文化交际。 本文除结语外共分五章： 第一章引言扼要概述了体态语的重要性以及前人研究的成果。 第二章体态语交际概述，对体态语交际进行了定义，介绍了人类体态语的更多还原

【Abstract】 Generally speaking, human communication is performed in two ways: vocal language communication and nonverbal communication. Although the former is a more important form, we cannot neglect the latter, which is an important complement to the former. For instance, human vocal communication is always accompanied by kinesics, paralanguage, object language, environmental language and so on. Being used in a wide range, body language is a keynote of nonverbal communication and shaped by culture. On certain occasions they have no way but resort to body language, especially when they feel hard to communicate by language. The value of body movement shouldn’t be ignored. American anthropologist Ray Birdwhistell claims that 65% information is conveyed through nonverbal communication.Body language communication varies from culture to culture. But with the development of the society, we have more chances to communicate with people from other countries. Cross-cultural communication is no longer strange to us. Since different nonverbal languages have different meanings in different cultures, conflicts are unavoidable.
