【摘要】 随着信息产业的蓬勃发展,大量的信息软件应用在各个行业中。各种资源在这些信息软件确定的逻辑下集成在一起,在提高工作效率,加快信息流转的同时,人们也发现,这些软件缺乏柔性,对工作流程逻辑无法在运行时得到重新的定义和部署,同时对运行中的一些意外情况也无法作出变通。于是,如何建立一种可以便捷地动态地设立工作流程,同时可以监控各种工作流程逻辑的实时运行的软件,成为应用软件开发中的一个课题。在理论研究和应用实践中,出现了很多关于工作流的理论模型和成熟的产品。为统一工作流设计的规范,WfMC(工作流管理联盟)规定了一系列的建模和实现的方法。使得工作流研究和产品化进入了一个新阶段。相对来说,我国软件界对工作流的研究还不够深入,形成生产力的工作流管理系统还不多见。作者以此作为研究课题,探讨了工作流技术基本知识、工作流管理系统的体系结构、工作流管理系统的具体实现技术,并以“基于WEB的协同过程管理(CPM)技术研究”和“亚峰办公自动化系统”为项目背景,实现了一个通用工作流管理系统。论文在理论和实践中的主要成果和特色如下:(1)介绍了工作流技术的基本知识,其中包括工作流的定义以及相关概念和工作流管理系统的分类,分析了WfMC发布的工作流管理系统参考模型的主要组成部分、各部分的功能及相互之间的接口。(2)分析与研究了一些工作流管理系统,归纳了工作流管理系统的体系结构,包括工作流管理系统的功能定义和工作流管理系统的框架,并重点研究了工作流过程模型和建模工具、工作流引擎、客户端以及管理、监控的功能。(3)在工作流管理系统的体系结构下,提出了工作流引擎的关系模型,着更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the information industry, large numbers of information software are applied to all kinds of industry. The diversified resource is integrated under the logic that these software’s information is certain, making for increasing work efficiency and quickening the information flow, synchronously, people also find that these software are lake of flexibility and the workflow can’t be redefined and be deployed again in course of the running, and at the same time the accident also can’t make to improvise under the running. Hence,how to establish a kind of the workflow conveniently and dynamically, at the same time can supervise and control all kind of logic workflows’ the real time running software, which will become a task in the exploiting of application software.In the course of theory researching and application practicing, it appears a lot of theory models and mature products about workflow, which realize universal workflow management system that are constructed with different software. In order to unify the criterion of workflow designing, WfMC(Workflow management confederation) is established, and it prescribes a serial of modeling methods which can be put into practice, which makes workflow researching and product step into a new stage.
