【摘要】 我国近几年对外开放的步伐进一步加快，特别是加入世界贸易组织以后，将进一步开放国内市场，全面融入世界经济，与世界各国特别是经济发达国家的经济联系也将更加密切，在发展与各主要贸易伙伴国的贸易往来的同时，不可避免的将遭遇与这些国家产生贸易纠纷。由于在当前的国际贸易条件下，贸易摩擦的存在有其合理性和必要性，并且在相当长的时期内无法消除，因此我国政府和企业界必须接受保护贸易全面存在的客观现实，不能一味指责贸易伙伴国设置不合理的贸易障碍并消极应付，应该认真探讨应对保护贸易的措施，并且合理妥善解决所遭遇的贸易纠纷。 在过去的半个多世纪中，巴西、印度、巴基斯坦、古巴等发展中国家，曾积极使用GATT／WTO多边贸易协调机制解决与他国贸易纠纷，并且利用对发展中国家的优惠待遇维护和谋求本国经济的最大利益。但是实践证明，由于发展中国家自身实力较弱以及协调解决机制本身的缺陷问，使发展中国家很难实现其预期目标。因此，在肯定WTO协调机制先进性和合理性的前提下，还应清醒地看到发展中国家参与和利用该机制解决争端仍面临诸多问题。 世贸组织为成员解决争端提供了场所，《反倾销协议》和《关于争端解决规则与程序的谅解》以及相关机构为反倾销争端的有效解决提供了保障。随着WTO争端解决机制的不断完善，提交给争端解决机构的反倾销诉讼案件越来越多，WTO一百多个成员国在WTO提供的协议框架下据理力争，维护本国的贸易利益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our nation takes a faster pace to open up to the outside world in recent years, and especially after our entry into WTO, we will be more open and integrate into world economy, which makes it unavoidable to conflict with trade partners. Under current international trade conditions, trade protection is reasonable and necessary and will not disappear in along time. Therefore, our government and .industrial circle should face this reality and carefully research countermeasures and solve trade conflicts, instead of criticizing trade partners and taking passive action.At the past half century, the developing countries, such as Brazil, India, Cuba and the etc, have used the multilateral trade coordination mechanism (MTCM) of GATT/ WTO and protect their benefit. But the fact is that it is hard for the developing countries use the special treatment to defend their benefit because of the weak place of the developing countries and the problem of MTCM. On the base of acknowledging that MTCM is advanced and reasonable, we should realize the problem of the developing countries how to attend and use MTCM.World Trade Organization (WTO) supplies a place for the member nations to settle disputes. 《Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994》 ,《Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes》 and the body concerning the disputes settlements all supply an guarantee to the dispute settlements.All in all, as a new member of WTO, China should pay more attention to case更多还原
