YDF250全自动高速生物分离机基本原理、试验研究及有限元分析

【摘要】 生物产品对分离的技术要求很高,技术复杂,成本高昂。研究人员旨在研制一种高效生物分离机械,并使之适应工业生产。YDF高速生物分离机就是四川英德生物过程技术有限公司研制的一种新型高速离心机,转鼓分离因数高达20000G,生产能力高达300L/h,在国内处于领先水平。本文首先对该机的结构原理、技术参数和设计使用进行介绍,从理论上探讨其流体动力学、工艺计算、强度校核、分离影响因素等;其次采用四种典型物料即绿茶、啤酒酵母饲料、面包酵母、人血浆蛋白,进行一系列小试和中试试验,得到该机分离某些物料的分离规律,为推广应用提供基础数据和结论;最后用有限元分析方法对转鼓壁进行数值分析,得到应力、应变、变形等云图、动画及节点数据,为设计优化提供依据。YDF分离机主要由机架部件、传动部件、转子部件、自动控制部件组成,转鼓内壁直径250mm,转鼓容积5L,主电机功率4.7kw,重量1100kg。本文从理论上分析转鼓内流体流场、粒子沉降速度、极限粒径、生产能力、分离效率以及应力、变形、强度的计算方法。文中分析影响分离效果的主要因素为:颗粒性质、悬浮液浓度、清液温度、预处理、分离因数、转鼓结构、进料量。本文还对该机设计使用做一简要说明。研究人员设计一系列试验方案,主要用单因素法和均匀设计法设计。试验方法主要采用称重法、吸光度法、显微计数法、粒度分布法。分别对绿茶、啤酒酵母饲料、面包酵母、人血浆蛋白的溶液这四种物料进行小试和中试试验。全面测试YDF分离机分离各种物料的分离性能及其影响因素,得到澄清效率与影

【Abstract】 The separating of Biologic product demands high and intricate technology and expensive cost. Researchers try to develop a sort of high efficiency bio-separate machine that is compatible with industry. YDF high-speed biologic separator is a new style centrifuge developed by Sichuan Intercreate bioprocess technology Co.Ltd. Its separate factor of rotor drum reaches 20000G and its productive capacity reaches 300L / h, which keeps ahead in China. Firstly,principle of structure,technical parameter,design, using of the machine were introduced and hydrokinetics, techniques calculation,intensity check,influence factors of separation were discussed in this dissertation. Secondly, a series of small-sized and medium-sized test were done with green tea,beer yeast,bread yeast and human plasma protein, from which we have obtained separate laws and basic datum and results applying to some materials. Finally,numerical analysis for drum wall was proceeded with finite element analysis method. Contour plot of stress,strain,deforming and animation and nodal data were obtained,which provided reference for design optimization.YDF separator is composed of cradle components,drive components,rotor components and autocontrol components. For rotor drum the inner wall diameter is 250mm and the volume is 5L. The power of main motor is 4.7kw while the weight is only 1100kg.
