新产品开发的工业设计流程及评价体系的研究

【摘要】 随着设计理念和设计管理的研究不断进步,工业设计的内涵不断扩大,企业必须在实际的产品开发过程中,不断地摸索寻找更科学更高效的工业设计流程。目前许多国内外的大中型企业已经非常重视对工业设计流程及评价体系的开发和完善,并且已经各自形成了一套行之有效的方法及管理模式。但对于大多数的国内企业,工业设计还只是一个短暂的、与开发全过程脱节的中间环节。由于这些企业对工业设计在产品开发各个阶段的作用认识不清,缺乏对产品创新理论和评价体系的研究和把握,在从事新产品开发时存在盲目性,于是开发出来的产品与用户需求有较大差距,很多时候甚至偏离了开发的初衷,无法保证新产品开发的成功率,甚至遭受巨大的亏损。在工业设计过程中,评价是十分重要的环节。随着工程技术多样化的发展和设计对象的复杂化,人们对工业设计提出了更高的要求,单凭经验、直觉的评价无法满足产品设计的要求,因此必须采用先进的理论和方法使设计评价更客观、更科学。本文在对已有的典型新产品开发理论及流程的研究基础上,根据工业设计在产品开发不同阶段所发挥的作用,提出了针对我国中小型企业产品创新的产品设计方法。在此基础上提出了确保工业设计全程参与并发挥作用的分段式流程,确定了每个开发阶段的目标任务,参与人员,实施步骤及相关环节的协调方法。此外,论文对产品开发的评价体系进行了深入的研究,针对企业新产品开发流程的阶段性特点,运用不同的评价方法,建立了工业设计流程的总体评价体系模型。在体系中,根据各阶段评价任务和目标的不同,建立了不同的评价指标体系,并分别运用了层次分析法、模糊评价法、“Pugh”图表等方法对产品构想、产品概念进行筛选和排序。同时,将传统评价中难处理的产品外观

【Abstract】 With the development of design theory and design management, the connotation of Industrial Design (ID) has been extended constantly. During the New Product Development Process (NPDP), companies must try to find a more scientific and efficient Industrial Design Process (IDP). At present, many large companies both inland and overseas already have paid more attention to the development and improvement of IDP and Evaluation System, and some have established their own effective process. However, for most of domestic companies, ID is just a temporary phase which is separated from the whole NPDP. Because these companies are short of the knowledge in Product Innovation and Evaluation System, and haven’t correctly realized the important role of ID in the NPDP, they undertake the new product program blindly, then the product which was developed is far from the needs of consumers, sometimes the final products even have departed from the original purpose. Then the success of NPD cannot be assured, and the company has to suffer a big loss. Evaluation plays a significant role in IDP. With the development of the diversification of engineering techniques and the complication of design objects, the requirements to ID is more and more. The results of evaluation cannot tally with the requirements if the objects are evaluated just by experiments and intuition. So we have to apply the advanced theory and methods to make the evaluation more scientific and objective.
