整体圆弧风挡玻璃成型合模控制系统的软件开发

【摘要】 现代作战飞机的座舱广泛采用整体圆弧风挡玻璃,以使飞机获得良好的视野和更优良的性能。整体圆弧风挡玻璃作为一项高科技产品,其成品件对质量的要求如透光度、雾度和视角偏差等均有很高的要求,其成型技术的研究是军用飞机的关键技术研究课题。目前,国际上只有少数几个发达国家具备整体圆弧风挡玻璃研发和生产能力,且对关键的成型技术严格保密。目前我国对整体圆弧风挡玻璃的研制尚处于起步阶段,在原材料上主要通过直接从国外进口,而成型系统设备的研制则只能自力更生。为了开发整体圆弧风挡玻璃的成型系统,首先是通过数学模型以及试验等方式确定合理的加工方法与加工工艺,其次是切实有效的保证加工工艺的实施,这就对其成型过程的自动化控制提出了要求。另一方面,随着微处理器、计算机和数字通信技术的发展,计算机控制已扩展到了几乎所有的工业领域。当前用于工业控制的计算机可分为几类,其中可编程序控制器(PLC)是应用面最广、功能强大、使用方便的通用工业控制装置,它已经成为当代工业自动化的主要支柱之一。因而在整体圆弧风挡玻璃的发展中,应用PLC为核心实现其成型过程的自动化,就具备了成熟的条件,同时也是一个具有发展前景的趋势。本课题是根据成都飞机工业(集团)有限责任公司加工风挡玻璃的实际工艺情况而设计的一个成型与合模控制系统。通过本课题的研究及探讨,我们主要取得了如下几个方面的成果:1.针对整体圆弧风挡玻璃的加工过程中关键的受拉弯曲阶段,提出了一种新的控制方法,建立了该方法的三维模型,并由此获得了准确的成型算法。推导出了钢绳的牵拉位移与玻璃弯曲形成的包角以及钢绳牵拉速度与弯曲的角速度之间的函数关系,为具体成型过程的控制提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Nowadays whole arc windscreen is widely used in modern operational aircraft’s cockpit, it can make the pilot obtain well eyeshot, and the aircraft’s performance is better than ever. As a high-tech product, whole arc windscreen’s quality such as pellucidness and visual angular-deviation must be very well. The molding technology of whole arc windscreen is pivotal; the study of molding technology is a key research of avion.Presently, there are only a few developed countries have the ability of design and manufacture the whole arc windscreen, and the pivotal molding technology is strictly kept secret in these countries. Now, development of this windscreen in our country is incunabular, we get the material mostly by import, we have to develop the molding system equipment self-dependently. At first, reasonable processing method and technology must be determined. Secondly, the technology must be actualized effectively, thus autocontrol is required in the compacting process.Along with the development of microprocessor, computer and digital communication, computing control is applied to almost industry. Nonce as an all-purpose industrial control device among several kinds of computer, programmable controller (PLC) is convenient, well functional and advantageous, and it becomes a mainstay of current industrial automation. So, the realization of compacting process’s automation by the use of PLC now becomes possible and promising.The project is set forth to design a suit of autocontrol system to automatize the
