【摘要】 在二十一世纪,企业信息化是大势所趋,管理思想的现代化是管理现代化的灵魂。相对于制造企业而言,设备在企业中占有极其重要的地位,它既是企业的重要资产同时又是其生产能力的基本保障。因此,如何能在设备全寿命周期内实现企业设备高效地管理,使其能发挥重要的作用,对企业资产的保值和保障生产的顺利进行都具有重要的意义。当前,我国企业设备管理的一个重要趋势,是以管理为中心替代以检修为重心,而以点检制为中心的设备管理维护体制是当前设备管理的研究前沿,因此,基于点检制的设备信息化管理的研究具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。本论文以制造型企业的设备管理为研究对象,在分析研究企业设备信息化管理的业务流程基础上,吸收设备生命周期管理的思想,综合应用先进的计算机技术、IT技术、网络技术、数据库技术以及先进的管理思想,利用系统工程和软件工程的各种原理和方法,对设备管理信息化系统及其子系统设备点检系统的业务流程、功能模型、数据库系统进行了设计。并在此基础上结合对设备点检体系的理论及一系列的关键技术进一步的深入研究,开发出了可定制的设备点检原型系统。论文主要包括以下内容:[1]在对制造企业设备管理业务现状和特点的充分调研的基础上,基于设备生命周期的管理信息化需求,规划了设备管理信息化系统的信息流程和业务流程。并在此基础上分析了设备管理信息化系统的实际需要,采用面向对象的分析技术,利用专用建模工具IDEF0设计了设备管理信息化系统的总体功能模更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21^st century, enterprises informationization is an irresistible general trend and, the modern management idea is the soul of management modernization. To manufacturing enterprises, equipments hold very important role. Equipments are not only great property to those enterprises, but also are important guarantees to enterprises production activities. Therefore, how to manage production facilities efficiently and bring them into full play have great significance to manufacturing enterprises.With making full using of computer, IT technologies, internet, database, management ideas and theories of system engineering and software engineering, the business process, function model, database system of equipments management informationization system and it’s subsystem- spot inspection system are designed. The above-mentioned concepts are based on studying of enterprises equipments management business process, absorbing production facilities life-cycle theory. On the basis of above and deeply reaching on serial key technologies of the theories of spot inspection , spot inspection system is be developed.
