【摘要】 中国档案文献编纂工作自孔子编纂《六经》开始，历经了两千多年的发展历程，尤其是清代学者章学诚将档案文献编纂以“比次之书”、“彼此之业”、“比次之法”、“比次之道”的四个“比次”加以概括后，更是奠定了中国档案文献编纂理论研究的基础，构建起了中国传统档案文献编纂的基本框架。到十九世纪末二十世纪初，中国档案文献编纂已基本形成了独具特色的编纂传统和方法。后续的编纂学者们基本上是延续了前人的编纂传统和方法。随着时光的流逝，人们对传统档案文献编纂方法的继承和延续似乎已成为了一种定式。然而，当信息利用的多元化趋势已成为信息社会的标志之一，当法制社会的到来使人们越来越重视对著作权的保护，当信息个性化服务已成为信息管理与利用的发展趋势时，当信息社会带来的一系列社会变革展现在我们面前时，档案编纂学者们便越来越深切的感受到，传统档案编纂所面临的挑战和困惑一个接一个地摆在了面前。应该说，面对新的社会现实，档案文献编纂有两条道路可以选择：一是固守传统的编纂理念和方法，在力所能及的范围内开展工作，被动地接受社会的选择；一是主动的迎接挑战，对档案文献编纂长期以来所形成的传统研究模式和理论结构进行深入的分析，在此基础上寻求适应当前社会变化需要的新的价值增长点，并最终摆脱困境，走出一条新的发展道路。显然，对第二条道路的选择更具有积极的意义和创新意识。 本文正是基于对第二种方式的考虑，以传统档案文献编纂结构为研究的出发点，着重分析在新形势下档案文献编纂理论进一步深化与创新的相关问题。文章认为，在继承传统档案文献编纂的基本技术与方法的同时，档案文献编纂更多还原

【Abstract】 The history of file and document compiling in China has been lasting for more than 2000 years since Confucius’ Six Books, which lays a foundation and makes a frame for the traditional theory of compile files and documentary in China. Until the end of the 19^th and the beginning of the 20^th century, the file and document compiling in China had formed a unique and traditional way, which became the guide for the later generations. As time passed by, people’s view of carrying on the file and document compiling as a settled theory, that is to say, they regard concrete way of file and document compiling as the principal part of all researches, but rarely touch those related social problems. However, when the tendency of utilizing information has became one of the symbols in a information society, when people pays more and more attention to the copyright with the coming of a society of legal system, when information personalize service has became the developing tendency of utilizing and managing information, when a series of social transform which brought from the information society, those file and document compilers deeply feels that all the challenges and puzzles of traditional file and document compiling lies in front of them. We can say it like this, under the new social reality, there are two choices for those compilers: one is to stick to traditional way and theory of compiling, passively accepted by the society; the other one is to facing the challenge, analyzing the long-term existed traditional research mode and structure of theory, then, find out the new value increase point which can adapt to the need of social change, and finally extricate itself from the predicament and find a new way of developing. Obviously, the second choice has more positive meaning and creative value than the first one.更多还原
