多元复合结合鞣革稳定性的研究

【摘要】 为了减少或消除制革过程中的Cr3+及Cr6+的污染,代替鞣制过程中的Cr3+,本文旨在对多元无铬结合鞣革方法进行研究,使鞣制后的成革具有较高的耐湿热性及良好的物理机械性能。选用植物鞣剂、铝鞣剂、噁唑烷和膦盐鞣剂作为主要鞣剂,分别在植-铝结合鞣法及植-噁唑烷双组分结合鞣法中引入第3组分进行复合结合鞣制实验并对实验结果进行优化。结果发现用皮粉(64%)、植物鞣剂(18%)、膦盐鞣剂(9%)、铝鞣剂(9%)或皮粉(59%)、植物鞣剂(25%)、噁唑烷(8%)、铝鞣剂(8%)为最佳组合。以绵羊浸酸皮块为原料,通过鞣制实验得出较好的鞣法:①酸皮-预处理-植物鞣制-铝鞣-噁唑烷鞣制-加脂;②酸皮—膦盐鞣制-提碱-预处理-植物鞣制-铝鞣-加脂。根据鞣制实验的结果,分别以绵羊浸酸皮为原料进行鞣革全过程实验。表明3组分鞣剂复合结合鞣制后的革的收缩温度可达110℃以上,明显高于2组分结合鞣制的革,经复鞣、加脂后革的收缩温度仍高于100℃。对物理机械性能、耐热老化性能等进行测试,结果表明成革的抗张强度介于12.8~16.1MPa;撕裂强度介于26.5~36.5 N/mm;耐热老化实验后,革坯的收缩率在3%~5%,抗张强度为12~17MPa,撕裂强度为35.5~43.9N/mm,革坯的收缩温度为95~120℃。以黄牛浸酸皮为原料,对两种鞣法进行生产规模实验(中试),并对其鞣制过程及成革进行测试。实验结果表明两种鞣法鞣制所得的革坯的收缩温度均大于100℃,抗张强度大于12MPa,撕裂强度大于70N/mm,热老化后收缩率在2%~4.5%,成革中的甲醛含量在56~72mg/kg。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce or get rid of the pollution of Cr3+,Cr6+ from process of chrome tanning, study on the chrome-free and complex combination tannage have done in this work, by which a higher hydrothermal stability and good physical-mechanical properties of the leather are obtained.We choose and act vegetable tannins, aluminium tannin, phosphonium salt and oxazolidines as main tanning agents and have done the tanning experiment of the complex combination tannage by introducing the third tanning agent into the vegetable tannins- aluminium combination tannage and the vegetable tannins-oxazolidines combination tannage on the basis of the hide powder, and have found that hide-powder (64%), vegetable tannins (18%), phosphonium salt (9%), aluminium tannin (9%) or hide powder (59%),vegetable-tannins (25%), oxazolidines (8%), aluminium tannin (8%) is better term. Then we have designed the tannages and done the tanning experiment on the basis of sheep pickle residue in order to obtain better tannage, that is, pickle- pretreation -vegetable tanning-aluminium tanning-oxazolidines tanning; pickle- phosphonium salt tanning- basicification - pretreation- vegetable tanning- aluminium tanning.Based on the results of the leather-tanning experiment, we have designed the tannage, tanned the sheepskin pickle, have tested the shrinkage temperature of the leather during the tanning and after the tanning, and have tested the softness, the
