【摘要】 目前我国各移动通信运营商大都拥有一个规模宏大的网络,如核心话务网、接入网、SDH和PDH传输网、分组交换网、智能网等多种电信网络。随着网络规模的不断扩大,网络设备的种类和数量也不断地增加,整个网络的复杂性日益提高,多厂商问题非常突出——尽管每个厂商都提供了对自己设备的网络管理系统,然而这些网络管理系统无法提供统一的接口和数据指标,更重要的是网络管理作为一个整体却被这些相互独立的网管系统划分开来,这显然是不合理。针对上述网络管理的问题,各运营商都希望能够在目前分散的网管系统基础上建立综合网管系统(下简称NMC),以实现全网的综合管理,包括:集中监控、分析、优化,及时掌握全网运行情况并进行有效控制,从而提高运营商信息化管理水平,最终提高移动通信的服务质量和运营效益。然而,由于不同的厂商网管(下简称OMC)系统采用不同的技术和协议研制缺乏统一的接口标准和规范,从而为其接入综合网管以及未来的系统扩容都带来巨大困难。因此,我们需要提出一个统一接入的解决方案,这个方案的目标就是让OMC能象组件一样被纳入到NMC中——这便是后面要讲到的北向接口。CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)是对象管理组织(OMG)为解决分布式处理环境(DCE)中,硬件和软件系统的互连而提出的一种解决方案。它提供了面向对象应用的互操作标准,是一种标准的面向对象应用程序体系规范是一种被广泛承认的、具有良好应用前景的系统集成标准,在银行、电信、保险、电力和电子商务领域都有广泛的应用。由于CORBA可以让分布的应用程序完成通信,无论这种应用程序是什么厂商生产的,只要符合CORBA标准就可以相互通信,因此,我们很容易把它更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,in our country every mobile communication operator possesses a wide network,such as core voice network, SDH&PDH,package exchange,SCP and etc.With the developing of network ,type and number of device increasing, networks change more and more complex that leads multi-vendor-trouble ,in which every vendor provides its own network management system,however,unfortunately those systems can’t provide uniform interface and data structure,the worse is that the network management, as a whole, is separated into parts by those systems.It’s obviously unreaonable.To find a solution to this problem,operators hope to build Network Management Center(NMC) on the based of current systems so that network management are united,including concentrative monitoring,analyzing,optimizing,obtaining information in run-time and control effectively in order to improve level of management ,service quality and profit.However,every vendor system bases on different technology and protocol without uniform standard and rule,which brings a big difficulty for NMC building and network extending. So,we need a solution in which OMCs are brought into NMC like components.It is our north-interface.CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) is proposed by OMG to use in interconnection between hardware and software system.It provides the standard of orient-object interoperation.It is widely recognized and applied to bank,telcommunication,insurance,electricpower and B2B,and has a good future.更多还原
