【摘要】 家电产品的生产物流是家电生产企业物流中的关键环节，生产物流系统的优化是企业降低产品成本、缩短交易时间、提高经济效益和竞争力的重要途径之一。在生产物流中最关键的环节是物料搬运，它是生产制造中的辅助生产过程，是工序之间、车间之间、工厂之间、仓库内部、仓库与车间之间物流不可缺少的环节，它所带来的费用和耗用的时间在生产物流中占的比例是非常大的。并且，物料搬运不当是引起整个生产物流的中断、库存增加、费用增大等一些问题的主要原因。由此，本文通过对家电产品生产中占有重要地位的物料搬运作业的分析入手，探讨家电产品生产企业中物料搬运方式的选择优化方法。 目前家电行业的生产物流发展水平还很低，存在很多问题。生产工序间的衔接性差，厂内交叉物流现象比较严重，经常发生因物料供应不足而导致生产闲置和赶工、供应过多在加工地积存，物流设备的利用率较低等等，致使物流周转速度慢、周期长，不能快速适应市场的变化。因此，需要寻找更为有效、适用的方法尽量来解决生产物流中存在的成本高、周期长、流程不畅等问题。 系统介绍了家电产品生产中物料搬运作业的内涵和特点，分析了物料搬运作业在生产物流中的作用和重要性，并具体介绍了物料的搬运移动方式和主要的搬运设备，以及不同设备的特点等。 分析了家电产品物料搬运方式选择的基本原则，搬运路线的方式和搬运设备的选择依据，以及影响搬运设备选择的主要因素；着重分析了物料搬运作业的几种评价指标和定量化的计算方法。 通过对家电产品生产中搬运物料的特点、搬运作业和主要使用设备等方面更多还原

【Abstract】 The production logistics of electrical household appliance is a key tache in the logistics business, the optimization of production logistics system is one of the importante approaches for enterprises to reduce products costs, shorten transaction time, enhance economic efficiency and competition. In the production logistics, the most critical tache is material transporting, which is the complementary production process of manufacturing , and which is the indispensable tache between processes, workshop, plants, internal storage, warehousing and logistics workshop. The proportion of material transporting costs and time consume is very large in the production logistics. Moreover, the unmerited material transporting will lead the problems such as the whole product logistics disruption, enhancing inventory, increasing costs.
